This study investigates the protective effect of Andrographis paniculata (AP) against liver damage induced by the herbicide atrazine in male Wistar rats. AP treatment significantly reduced lipid peroxidation and improved the antioxidant defense system, indicating its potential as an antioxidant remedy for atrazine-induced oxidative stress. Findings suggest that AP could mitigate hepatotoxic effects caused by atrazine exposure by enhancing liver antioxidant enzyme activities.
