2. Stem and leaf
 A stem-and-leaf display is a device for presenting quantitative data in a graphical
format, similar to a histogram, to assist in visualizing the shape of a distribution.
 A Stem and Leaf Plot is a special table where each data value is split into a "stem"
(the first digit or digits) and a "leaf" (usually the last digit).
 Like in this example: "32" is split into "3" (stem) and "2" (leaf).

3.  Stem and Leaf plot is actually a table that shows the frequency of the observations
falling into certain ranges.
 The function to draw the stem-leaf plot in R is stem(x) ,where x is the data set.

 the number of admission to a psychiatric ward during the full phases of the moon
is given below display the data using a stem and leaf plot with leaves represented
by unit digits 14,12,17,15,12,18,10,08,20
