• Its online survey tools.
• You can plan events, make a survey or poll, give
students a quiz, or collect other information in an
easy, streamlined way with Google Forms.
• It works on desktop computers, laptops, smart
phones on Windows and Android

Various uses of Google Forms for researcher
 Easy to reach larger Sample size in very few time.
 Not possible to reach every sample because of
geographical circumstances. Google form is best way to
reach every sample.
 Technology may support here to overcome few of the
difficulties. Google form is the best tool prepared by
Google for send and analyzes the questionnaire.

1. Create Questionnaire:
• Before preparation of Google form researcher
should prepare questionnaire about relevant to
the subject. Questionnaire should prepare very
easy and clear.
2. Editing Google Forms:
• a) Creating a New Form
• Step 1: Select the type of form to create.
You can create a blank form, a blank quiz,
or select from a number of form templates.

• b) Name a Form
Step 1: Click the
“Untitled Form” name
in the top left corner of
the screen, and then
enter the forms Name.
Hit the “Enter” key to
submit your changes

Enter a form title and
description by clicking
on the fields.

Questions
Step 1: Select “Untitled
question” to enter your
first question text.
Step 2: Use the
dropdown to the right of
the question to select the
question type.
Step 3: Select each option
to enter option text.
Step 4: Hit the key to
create a new o“Enter”

4. Add Questions
Other Options:
• Copy/Duplicate Question: Copying a question allows you
to quickly add a new question with the same format as your
current question
• Delete Questions: The delete button allows you to delete
the selected question and options from the list.
• Form Colors/Themes: You can change the form color or
theme by clicking the (Color Palate) button in the top right
corner of the page.
• Preview Form: Click the “Preview” button to open a new
browser tab with a final view of your form. Close out of that
tab to return to the “Edit Form” view to make changes
5. Publishing your
Questionnaire (Form)
There are basically two ways of distributing your
questionnaire: send it by email or sharing the web
address.
