To make elections secure and efficient in the vision of
modern technology.
Now a days voting system is replaced by Electron machine to
carry out voting.
In this system, machine made intelligent to determine the
eligibility of the voter.
In this, the vote count is stored in the remote server.
INTRODUCTION

EXISTING SYSTEM
Since now a days voting is carried out
using electronic machine.
Control of present system is enter to the
in charge officer.
Manual counting of votes.
23/09/2014Global wireless E-voting4
DRAWBACKS OF EXISTING SYSTEM
 Chances of re-Elections.
 Misguidance.
 Region dependent.
 Restricted location of machine.
23/09/2014Global wireless E-voting5
We trying to keep counting of votes in to a remote secured
system.
We are using a electronic circuit which enable the voter to vote
and transfer this vote to the remote system by converting it to
radio wave through the mobile towers.
PROPOSED SYSTEM
23/09/2014Global wireless E-voting6
 can check the eligibility of the candidate by itself, so there
is no question of corruption.
continue…
Machine itself is automated to check the eligibility of the
candidates.
Here we need not to go for the re election even if the machine
is damaged.
We can vote from any where even though being a voter of
another region.

BLOCK DIAGRAM OF CLIENT SIDE CIRCUIT
EYE RETINA SCANNING
 The eye retina machine may be a simple web-cam or device,
which can capture the images effectively.
 The captured image will be represented in the form of
matrix, where each pixel represent 24-bits.
23/09/2014Global wireless E-voting10
 This beam of light traces a standardized path on the
retina.
 The pattern of variations is converted into the computer
code & store in a database.
5/8/2017Global wireless E-voting11
The retinal scanner reads
from the Outer iris in
towards the Pupil edge.
The retinal Scanner then plots
distinct patterns of blood
vessels using Infrared light.
After scanning the information
is then send to a Central server ,
where the results are
compressed.
Upon entering the facility,
the clients retinal map will
be compressed to their
stored compressed
information.

1. First it find the length of String.
2. Generate the Random numbers equal to the length
of the String.
3. Add the corresponding characters from the given
string & Random values.

Continue...
E.g. KSHITIJ
A)8 12 34 4 11 9 26
 The ASCII values for KSHITIJ are
K S H I T I J
B)75 83 72 73 84 73 74
 Add corresponding A and B values as
8+75,12+83,34+72,4+73,11+84,9+73,26+74
83 95 106 77 95 82 100
S _ j M _ R d
Applying compression Algorithms.
Using distributed Operating System environment with
multiple server.
Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) technique.
EFFICIENCY
23/09/2014Global wireless E-voting15
GEOGRAPHICAL PROBLEMS
 It occurs where, the facilities and services are not present.
 In this case will convert the votes and retina pattern into the
Electrical information.
 And pass it through the Electrical conductors until we reach
the Area where the technical facilities like Internet or Mobile
tower is available.
 Here the Eye scanner will be web-cam.
23/09/2014Global wireless E-voting16
5/8/2017Global wireless E-voting17
FUTURE ENHANCEMENT
Provides:
High level of security.
Reliability and corruption-free mechanism.
 Get result with in minute after completion of voting.
Minimum manpower Utilization.
Hence mechanism is error-free.
By adopting this modern technology, we can save the expenses done
by election commission by reducing the expenses more than 90%.
