The third biennial JLL Global Corporate Real Estate Survey canvassed over 500 corporate real estate leaders in 36 countries and 350+ companies. It found that while nearly 90% have implemented or plan space/cost reduction programs, companies are increasingly focusing on improving workplace experience and technology. Outsourcing of strategic services like workplace strategy is currently low compared to tactical services, but expected to increase in the next three years, with workplace strategy being the most likely to be fully outsourced. Portfolio strategy services remain most commonly provided in-house.
