Allnet Distributing/Tandem Marketing: Customer Service Manager/Operations Manager
May 1999 – August 2016 (17 years, 4 months)
• Assisted and continuously followed up with seven internal and external Sales Reps regarding their Customer base
• Answered at least 100 calls per day from Dealers, Customers, other Business Owners, Coworkers, Consumers,
etc.
• Handled all Tandem Marketing orders over the phone and via email
• Acted as the sole backup to handle Allnet Distributing orders over the phone and via email
• Entered at least 80 orders per day between both companies into software programs
• Entered orders online for Customers for specific Manufacturer lines
• Exclusively handled VIP accounts (i.e. Abt, Tunnel Vision, EOC Audio, etc.)
• Responded to hundreds of emails per day
• Received and sent confirmations of all orders

• Followed up with Customers regarding ETA's on their orders
• Assisted Dealers with pricing and inventory checks

other add-ons in order to make larger and more profitable sales for the company
• Assisted in designing small home systems for Dealers
• Filled-in for Will Call as needed
• Performed end-of-day and end-of-month procedures (i.e. filing, database backups, etc.)

• Considered a Draper screen and theater screen design expert
