Yeray and Aitor have finally decided to do their technical English classroom project and this is what they have managed to do after 28 hours language and many more hours of culinary arts.
This recipe is for a moist chocolate cake made with all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, butter, sugar, eggs, evaporated milk, and vanilla essence. The ingredients are mixed together and poured into a lined cake tin before baking for 45 minutes at 170C. Once cooled, the chocolate cake can be topped with a chocolate ganache made by melting dark chocolate, condensed milk and butter together.
