Mrs. Dyson teaches 5th grade reading in Magnolia, MS. She has a bachelor's degree in Childcare and Family Education from Jackson State University and is currently pursuing her teaching certification from Belhaven University. Her classroom rules focus on respecting others, being responsible, being prepared, giving best effort, asking for help as needed, and completing work on time. Students are expected to be on time, sit in their assigned seats, pay attention during instruction, and clean up before leaving. Attendance is mandatory and students are responsible for making up any missed work. Consequences for misbehavior include verbal warnings, conferences, parental contact, and office referrals. Grades are on a standard A-F scale with
