This document proposes a blockchain-based system to detect fake products. It discusses how blockchain can be used to create an immutable record of a product's supply chain journey. Manufacturers would assign each product a unique identifier and record it on the blockchain. As the product moves through distributors and retailers, each party would add their details to the blockchain record. Consumers could scan a product's identifier to verify its authenticity by viewing the product's blockchain record. If a fake product lacked a valid record, it would be easily identified. The system aims to increase transparency, traceability and accountability in supply chains to prevent counterfeits and protect manufacturers and consumers.
Fake Product Identification Using Blockchain. The fake products are identified using camera scanner, where QR or barcode of the product or goods is linked to a blockchain to store product details and guaranteed unique code of each product stored as blocks in the database.

Blockchain could address limitations of traditional centralized databases by providing an immutable, transparent distributed ledger. A smart contract is developed to store product details, user information, and QR codes on the blockchain network. This allows real-time tracking of products from manufacturer to consumer while enhancing security, reducing counterfeiting, and improving supply chain integrity. Performance metrics like security, transparency, traceability and efficiency are evaluated to assess the blockchain solution.
IRJET- Blockchain based Fake Product Identification in Supply ChainIRJET Journal
The document proposes a blockchain-based system to identify fake products in the supply chain. The system uses Interplanetary File System (IPFS) to store product data in a distributed manner and maintain ownership records. A QR code is assigned to each product to provide customers access to information about the product's manufacturer, transaction history, and current owner. This allows customers to verify the authenticity and legitimacy of products. The system aims to improve transparency in supply chain management and enable easy identification of counterfeit goods.
Blockchain, primarily associated with cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, is increasingly hitting the radar screens of manufacturers as a mechanism to enhance supply chain visibility or promote supplier coordination around mass customization. These externally focused applications seem to hold the most potential for blockchain, as experts see far less applicability for blockchain to enhance existing technologies used to integrate internal manufacturing and automation systems.
Characterized as a distributed ledger technology, blockchain records transactions between multiple parties in a way that is transparent, verifiable and immutable. ... At the same time, blockchain promises to be far less susceptible to fraud, which is a growing problem for manufacturers.
Digital Certificate Verification using BlockchainIRJET Journal
This document proposes a system for verifying digital certificates using blockchain technology. The system would involve generating a unique ID and hash for each certificate, storing certificate details and the hash on the blockchain, and linking certificates to their entries on the blockchain using QR codes. To verify a certificate, the QR code would be scanned to retrieve the unique ID and retrieve the corresponding certificate data and hash from the blockchain. Comparing the hashes would validate that the certificate has not been tampered with. The system aims to securely and efficiently verify certificates while preventing forgery.

Comparative analysis between traditional aquaponics and reconstructed aquapon...bijceesjournal
The aquaponic system of planting is a method that does not require soil usage. It is a method that only needs water, fish, lava rocks (a substitute for soil), and plants. Aquaponic systems are sustainable and environmentally friendly. Its use not only helps to plant in small spaces but also helps reduce artificial chemical use and minimizes excess water use, as aquaponics consumes 90% less water than soil-based gardening. The study applied a descriptive and experimental design to assess and compare conventional and reconstructed aquaponic methods for reproducing tomatoes. The researchers created an observation checklist to determine the significant factors of the study. The study aims to determine the significant difference between traditional aquaponics and reconstructed aquaponics systems propagating tomatoes in terms of height, weight, girth, and number of fruits. The reconstructed aquaponics system’s higher growth yield results in a much more nourished crop than the traditional aquaponics system. It is superior in its number of fruits, height, weight, and girth measurement. Moreover, the reconstructed aquaponics system is proven to eliminate all the hindrances present in the traditional aquaponics system, which are overcrowding of fish, algae growth, pest problems, contaminated water, and dead fish.
