How will you measure success? Are you looking to generate “X” number of  leads to follow up? A certain volume of orders placed? Is it industry recognition, if so what kind, how much?  Be specific, it’s easier to measure!

Finances Be clear about what the financial  investment is.  Are you looking to make a profit, or do you have a set budget to work towards? Make a decision, decide on budgets, stick to them.
