This document describes an event management system (EMS) created for Tata Steel to help users manage events throughout the year. The EMS is an online application that allows employees to reserve meeting spaces, create events, and view a calendar of all scheduled events. It also allows administrators to approve new events, view notifications of upcoming events, and manage employee data and profiles within the system. The EMS provides different functions and views for administrators and regular employees to help organize events for the organization.
