Evaluation Question 4
WHO WOULD BE THE AUDIENCE FOR YOUR MEDIA PRODUCT?
Who is your target audience?
My target audience is indie people that also listen to
indie/alternative music. It is both genders, they could have
similar interests also well as music taste.
In summary, my target audience is a generally indie people
that like alternative music as well as clothing and fashion. I
found this out from doing my primary and secondary
research which allowed me to see what kind of people would like my
magazine genre and what type of people would be associated with it. From
this I found out that less ‘mainstream’ people would be into my genre, and
more alternative and edgy people would be. I figured that I would have to
make my magazine fit to their liking and their taste rather than just the indie
theme in whole. For my mise-en-scene used colours that represented what
they liked and for my cinematography I used angles and shots that
represented them and what they like.
