My target audience for a pop music media product would primarily be teenage girls ages 13-18 from middle-class backgrounds who enjoy popular music, social media, shopping at stores like Topshop and Primark, and following trends in clothing brands like Jack Wills and H&M. They also like attending concerts and watching popular television shows. Fast food restaurants like McDonald's and Burger King would appeal to them due to their limited budgets.

1. Who would be your audience for your media product?
My main audience would be
teenagers. Ages 13 – 18 .
However also some Young Adults
would also listen to the Pop genre.
Will be predominately female, with
some male audience.
They will mostly be middle class.
My audience will most likely shop
at the main highstreets shops,
such as Topshop, River Island,
Primark.
They will mostly try and wear
designer labels such as Jack Wills,
H&M. This Is people who like
pop music tend to keep up with
trends.
Their other interests could
include:
Social media
Listening To Music
Going to concerts
Watching Popular
Shows.
Shopping
This is because the audience are
teenagers, so they are more likely
hang out with their friends.
Teenagers are most likely to like
fast food, such as Mcdonalds and
burger king.
This is as its cheap as teenagers
don’t have much money.
The more older teenagers are more
likely to go to the gym, or do sports
for their school.
Additionally I think that my audience would
enjoy more action comedy or romance
movies, more of the big films, rather than
some smaller independent ones, as pop is fun
and exciting.
