This document evaluates the electrical services of a four-bedroom apartment in Nigeria using both conventional loads and energy efficient loads. Load analysis was conducted and results showed using energy efficient loads reduced total energy demand by 41.26% and daily energy consumption by 32.96% compared to conventional loads. Specifically, energy efficient loads saved 15,856W of maximum demand, 11,892VA of reactive power, and 85.59kWh of daily energy consumption. Additionally, using energy efficient loads reduced the daily electricity cost from ₦6,002.77 to ₦3,800.47, a savings of ₦2,202.30.
