I was curious to know if the Hindu people, who have drastically different beliefs
from one another, are able to come together at a designated location and worship as
one congregation. The core values the Hindu people share allow practitioners of all
varying beliefs to accept their religious differences and come together as one

worship communities and the success of pluralism over time.
To begin, it s important to know that almost nothing is entirely agreed upon in within

Pictures are everywhere, but their meaning is what makes them powerful.
Conversely, a man, Norman Rockwell created four works of propaganda posters
during WWII known as The Four Freedoms to boost the war effort, persuade
Americans to purchase war bonds, and represent the American identity. Prior to
making the four works of art, Rockwell was an illustrator and painter who
illustrated covers for magazines primarily for The Saturday Evening Post, a
magazine famous American company which circulated the Middle class.

American society. Norman Rockwell successfully convinces Americans during
WWII to purchase war bonds. In addition, Rockwell also successfully represents

Historic Park (KLGO) in southeast Alaska. The conducted research examines fragile
archaeological sites in unstable landscapes and articulates climatic and environmental

somber and sorrowful; achieved through foreboding words, and strange mystical
appearances. The ballad is structured like a dialogue between a speaker who poses
questions from observation, and a knight who provides murky answers. The first
speaker that glides in during the first three stanzas, appearing to be a stranger to
this sudden ailed knight at arms. This stranger becomes the provider of a
description of another being, the knight, whose condition is haggard, and
loitering. The use of these words suggests at posterior events. The etymology of
haggard suggests a wild or intractable person, leading later in the poem to a wild
eyed woman (Murry 82).The interrogative voice of the stranger is arrested by a
strange impression reflecting the speaker s uncertainty of the strange sights at
present (Almeida 295). This questioning voice appears to be the only sign of
energy in the surroundings. The question clearly remains why a knight is stumbling
in an autumn setting, appearing alone, and not on a quest? The knight is the other
speaker in the ballad, who answers to the stranger on his worn appearance and
deathly complexion. It s described that he has a lily on thy brow, a sign of death;
along with being moist and fever dew, all signs of sickness.

The Is Not Our Type
On Monday, September 14, my partner and I set out to find someone that was Not
our Type . When I first heard about the assignment I was extremely nervous for
what would lie ahead. I m not a very talkative person and hardly ever just have
random conversations with people that I don t know. I knew that this assignment
would certainly get me out of my comfort zone, and cause me to really branch out. A
huge part of talking to others about Christ is to just start up a simple conversationto
work off of. It can become even more difficult when someone has a different
background or separate moral values. I was by no means looking forward to the
awkwardness that would possibly lie ahead, we decided that the best place to start
would be Walmart since people are there 24/7. We walked in at around 9 p.m. and
started our search. After about 20 minutes we finally decided to make our move on
someone. We walked up to a young man that looked to be in high school and began
our conversation. We started off by just introducing ourselves and telling him that we
were working on an assignment and just wanted to get to know him a little bitbetter.
The conversationactually flowed really well and we had a lot in common like our
love for sports and technology. His name is Dilan Patel and he s a junior at Siloam
High. You can probably tell by the last name that Dilan is Indian. I knew going into
the conversation that he would be very different from us morally, ethnically, and even
physically.

Kino a loving father and husband whom had dreams for his family, as shown in
steinbeck s The Pearl. But fate led him to a pearl of exqwizit magnificence. This
pearl assured the dreams he wanted for his family, to marry ied to his wife Juana,
and for his son Coyotito to get a proper education. But because of Kino s obsessive
attitude over the pearl it doomed his family to a different path, one with fear,
death, and corruption. Juana his loving wife whom was spectacle of what Kino
was doing and questioned him Who do you fear? (35) Kino answered with
Everyone (36). You may argue that Kino s actions are being based on greed
therefore greed is responsible for the death of Coyotito and the destruction of the
family, I invalidate that argument because greed is an emotion. Greed, is an emotion
and emotions cannot control you, you have the ability control your emotions. DO
