Abstract
This paper presents a comparison of mechanical properties of 17 4PH stainless steel
parts built by selective laser melting (SLM) additive manufacturing process with the
wrought 17 4PH stainless steel parts. The microstructure is analyzed using optical
microscope and the mechanical properties are evaluated using tensile testing
according to ASTM E8 standard. Overall, the SLM fabricated samples demonstrated
superior tensile properties and the microstructure is strongly influenced by the SLM
process. The SLM processed specimens showed higher ductility and ultimate tensile
strength than wrought samples.

Whether or not we acknowledge it, memory is one of the most important processes
that our brain preforms every day. Everything we do sensory or procedural is
recorded in some way into our memories, some memories only last a brief amount
of time while others may last a life time depending on the amount of rehearsal and
encoding. Though this is by far not a perfect system, we create schemas in our brains
(or short cuts) to aid in memory; yet sometimes due to these schemas we actually
not remember something properly creating a false memory (Olszewska
Ulatowska, 2013). This due to an error in the person s episodic memory, this is the
type of memory that is person specific for remembering events; word pairs or
particular words seen in a list (Cabeza et al., 1997). Finding put such a
phenomenon has led to many to study how memory works, and ways too mesure
what memory actually is. We can test this episodic memory using recall tests in
which participants try to write the remembered word. Another test would be a
recognition test in which studied items, such as a word list, are mixed with new

Often, when people think of sex work and sex workers their minds immediately go
to human trafficking. Yet, I believe it is essential that one marks the difference
between the two, because as social workers we will have clients who come to us
who have chosen to be sex workers. As social workers we recognize that every
individual has the right to self determination and we must know how to best serve
them. In Janice G. Raymond s book Not a Choice, Not a Job, she explores the
world of sex work and though her views conflict with social work values she
presents great information into the world of sex work. I will be presenting the ideas
from her book and also be offering other views that are important when working with
clients. The first chapter of this book details what Raymond believes to be the most
dangerous myths surrounding sex work, or prostitutionas she refers to it. The first
point she makes is that Prostitution is Inevitable. She claims that this is the most
senseless argument in defense of maintaining the system of prostitution (Raymond,
2013, p. 2). Raymond backs her claim by explaining that this idea stems from the
patriarchy from a time when women were objects. Raymond then continues on to
berate the mindsets that say that sex work cannot or should not be banned because
the safety of the worker has to be taken into consideration. She compares the harm

nuclear upper middle class family is portrayed. Surprisingly, this TV show brings
back some traditional gender roles, as the mother and wife, Debra, is a stay at home
mom. While the father and husband, Ray, is a sportswriter for a newspaper. This is
strange because as we progressed through the decades these traditional genderroles
seemed to be eliminated. However, there are still some major difference from the

control. But by 1707, the Mughal dynasty had begun to collapse and many small
states began to break away from under the control of the Mughal dynasty. In 1757,
Robert Clive led the East India Company troops to a swift and decisive victory over
Indian defence forces along with the French at the Battle of Plassey. From then on,
the British East India Company was the leading power in India (Age of Imperialism

One of these events was the industrial revolution starting in England and then
eventually spreading to other countries in Europe (Chauhan 1989: 109). This
economic impact affected India because of how an English man by the name of

monopoly of factories that they were in need of as well as a location to sell their
