I am a Liberal. A Liberal is more open minded than some other political ideologies.
They believe we should all be equal and have the same opportunities in life. The
government should help us so we can all be financially stable. Things like health

Osmosis is the movement of water molecules from high concentration to low
concentration through semipermeable membranes, caused by the difference in
concentrations on the two sides of a membrane (Rbowen, L.). It occurs in both
animals and plants cells. In human bodies, the process of osmosis is primarily found
in the kidneys, in the glomerulus. In plants, osmosis is carried out everywhere within
the cells of the plant (World Book, 1997). This can be shown by an experiment with
potato and glucose/salt solution. The experiment requires putting a piece (or more)
of potatoes into glucose or salt solution to see the result of osmosis (a hypertonic

analogies and ambiguous metaphors. Sadly though, the life of Sylvia Plath was
indeed shorter than anyone expected. Nevertheless, in the thirty years Plath
meandered through the world, she left an everlasting impact. Remembered as one of
the most dynamic and admired poets of the twentieth century, Plath cultivated a
literary community unlike any predecessor. Additionally, since a sizable portion of
Plath s work was read posthumously, her suicide brought the much needed attention
to physiological illnesses. Unfortunately though, Sylvia Plath will never know the
perennial impact she left from her distinguished works that have touched numerous
lives. Plath was born in Boston, Massachusetts, on October 27th, 1932 ( Sylvia

In the world, there are different forms that water could take place. They could be
referred to in different manners but it is undeniable that it is simply water.In similar
fashion, all religions boil down to a simple truth as well, the meaning of life. Every
religion puts a different spin on how, what, and why you should strive to attain this
sense of life. In the book, Siddhartha by Hermann Hesse, the protagonist of the novel
struggles to find meaning through his experiences. He explores different beliefs and
philosophy until he is truly satisfied with who he is and what will become of him.
Throughout the novel, there are principles of Buddhism, Hinduism, and Christianity
that influence the themes of the book. Eminent features of Hinduism are established

Evaluating My Learning Style
People have different learning style. According to the VAK Learning Style
Indicators, my learning style is quite not clear which is tend to be physical but very
close to visual and auditory. Because of in university or college even high school in
some cases is very stressful. Student live in a very intensive environment, so it is very
significant to let the student know what their learningstyle is. Let them concentrate on
using the learning style that they good at. So, I am going to introduce my current
learning style, the tasks I find which is the most easiest or difficult and the strategies

I have a weird hobby that is in the theater, I will casually turn my head back to see
how people would react when they watch movie. Perhaps this action shows the visual
side that I tend to accept information. Another example, back to the time I started

music, some of them were really attracted me. Then I started learning those
vocabularies from the lyrics while listening to the music, I have learned both

Antoine Fuqua s, Training Day (2001) is an intense movie that follows a rookie
police officer Jake Hoyt (Ethan Hawke), whose dream in life is to become an elite
narcotics agent for the LAPD. But before landing this difficult job, Hoyt must prove
his worth. Enter the ultimate badass, thirteen year veteran Detective Sergeant
Alonzo Harris (Denzel Washington), who accepts to test Hoyts capabilities by
riding with him for a day around the cruel streets of South Central Los Angeles. This
is a crime thriller that depicts a police culture entrenched in corruption and violence.
While Training Day is a great movie, it uses storybook stereotypes of black males
with strong masculinities to portray what seems to me to be a negative representation
of black society in America.
Firstly, a brief background of Early Black cinema is important to note. In 1915 The
Plantation Genre (form of genre) came about with the release of Birth of a Nation an
overtly anti black film, which included three main mythic stereotypes. These included
the unlawful slave who represented black slaves as unpredictable, cunning and
violent; this representation was used as reasoning for whites sustaining control. The
subordinate slave stereotype, which represented blacks as dependable, loving and
accepting of their position; this allowed white audiences to displace any guilt about

After being a student at SFU for 4 years, I have come to understand the importance
of organization in finding success. All jobs require organization in order to keep
track of tasks and to avoid failure in keeping up with responsibilities. At this job the
two primary programs that I used to keep organized were Excel and Outlook. Excel is
helpful to stay organized because it can be used as a record keeping platform. I
used Excel to gather information and presented is as statistics in graphs. However, I
benefited from using Excel the most by tracking the tasks that were on my to do list.
I kept separate spreadsheets for different responsibilities and had a chart that included
each task that I had to complete. I would check off when I had completed a task,
which would then indicate what the next step would be. Additionally, it left a
paper trail that I could use if I had to look back to determine if something was
completed. I tracked everything in Excel and integrated it into my daily routine.
This practice significantly reduced the margin of error in my daily responsibilities.
Excel is very beneficial because it can be used to further organization in any job.
Outlook was a key program that I utilized every day. I would organize my emails by
keeping them in labeled folders. Instead of deleting old emails, I would opt to put in

and school choice. Federal government started thinking about testing, and
standardization, which resulted in No Child Left Behind (NCLB), and Race to the

There is a reason we have different judicial system for juveniles compared to adult
judicial systems. The adolescent mind is still developing into young adulthood which
is critical to adolescent decision making. Experts have proven that the adolescent
mind compared to a mature adult mind set is completely different. Adolescents are
not as mature in their decision making; they are risk takers, impulsive, vulnerable,

threat to human lives from both an injury as well as a financial perspective. Given
that vehicles are designed to provide a smooth means of transportation,
manufacturers have long been in the process of designing the vehicles that are based
on principles of efficiency, reliability and safety. However, due to reasons such as
human error, circumstantial error, poor vision and negligence, accidents occur. Today,
special attention is focused on the technologies that can reduce traffic collisions.
Hence, Vehicle to Vehicle (V2V) technology is proposed which are simple to
implement. The main objective of this paper is to alert the driver when he closes to
the front vehicle by using camera and ultrasonic sensor and to communicate mutually
