population has recorded having a sleep parasomnia, most of them being young
children or adolescents. Parasomnias range from very common disorders such as
sleepwalking, to a few some may have never heard of, for instance: sleep paralysis.
Sleep parasomnias are disorders characterized by abnormal or unusual behavior of
the nervous system during that occur during non rapid eye movement (NREM) sleep

beliefs. British Journal of Nursing (2009) suggests that good, honest communication,
without any element of coercion or scare tactics, is the key in the management of
Jehovah s Witness patients.
A lot of people are unfamiliar with Jehovah s Witnesses (J.W.) population and their
religious believes. As stated in the Funk Wagnalls New World Encyclopedia, J.W.,
Christian sect, founded in 1872 in Pittsburgh, Pa., by the American clergyman
Charles Taze Russell, with congregations throughout the world. The legal governing
body of J. W. is the Watch Tower Bible (Funk Wagnalls New World Encyclopedia,
2014). After researching the values and beliefs of J.W. and comparing them to
Christianity, Professor Watson found quite a few differences (Walston, R., 2004).

WHEAT STRAW Abstract: The potential of wheat straw immobilized Aspergillus
niger and Pleurotus citrinopileatus were studied for biodegradation ability of
different types of textile dyes. Non exposed and exposed tested immobilized fungi
to (1 KGy and 2 KGy) of gamma irradiation were used. The tested textile dyes were
Reactive red Bx, Direct Brown BN, Direct yellow 5G, disperse orange 2 RLS,
Disperse Violet 3 RS, Sulpher Black Br and Sulpher Brown SG. It was found that
immobilized P. citrinopileatus exposed to (2 KGy) had more efficiency for
decolorization of direct brown and direct yellow dyes. Decolorization percentage
of immobilized P. citrinopileatus in Direct Brown and Direct yellow reach to 95%
and 90% respectively after 8 days at 28oC. Peroxidase activity for (1 KGy)
irradiated P. citrinopileatus is more than peroxidase activity of unirradiated P.
citrinopileatus. RAPD.PCR has been performed to know the effect of gamma rays
on P. citrinopileatus; RAPD profile shows change between unirradiated and
irradiated Pleurotus citrinopileatus. DNA polymorphism was studied for both
irradiated P. citrinopileatus exposed to 1KGy and 2 KGy gamma rays.

Fitness has grown to a multibillion dollar industry. The idea of fitness has influenced
millions of lives whether the correlation was as a career, lifestyle, or an occasional
hobby. People globally compete in bodybuilding, physique, and powerlifting meets
earning thousands of dollars depending on their successes. Though they seem
pointless at first, even the sixty second long infomercials on television advertising the
new and approved anywhere gym equipment or perfect diet has made the viewer at
least contemplate their health. People often confuse fitness as a sole concept of either
exercising or dieting, but fitness depends immensely on both. Some people in the
fitness industry manipulate diet and exerciseto create the body stature they desire....
The overall process can change from bodybuilder to bodybuilder, but they usually
have a bulking season and a cutting season. Bulking seasons are indicated by a
surplus of calories in order to build as much muscle as possible. While building
muscle seems simple enough, they are actually very precise about their lifts and
nutrition as they need to keep symmetry amongst their muscles. The purpose of
cutting is to have their body at a point of definition where striations can be seen in
all of their muscles. The ability to see separation of muscles comes from having a
low enough body fat percentage. While cutting, bodybuilders must ensure they are
eating enough calories to preserve muscle mass while burning the necessary
amount of body fat. This is when having a strict workout regime with a mix of
cardio and weight lifting comes into place. Though all ranges of reps have been
proven to stimulate muscle growth the traditional range is between eight and
twelve reps per lift. A traditional workout will consist of multi joint compound
moves as its primary focus with single joint accessory work afterwards. Compound
moves include the bench press, dead lift, and squat while accessory lifts include
pectoral flies, back extensions, and leg extensions. The list of compound and
accessory lifts is far more vast, but these simple examples. There can be extreme
variations is styles of lifting which change in accordance to the lifters experience.
Cardio is typically only used during cutting season while trying to reach an
appropriate body fat percentage. The typical times for cardio change per person, but
will usually be in the morning upon waking up, before weight lifting, or directly

Russian literature theme which is often present in Anton Chekhov s short stories,
is when a character is encased in a situation and can not escape. In Rothschild s
Fiddle , Yakov is entrapped in an almost trance like state, that is brought about by
loss and remorse in his life. Is Yakov ever released from this state, through Marfa s
death, or any other instance and does Chekhov intend for the reader to see one
single moral in this story? Chekhov uses irony and ambiguity to develop Yakov
Rothschild s Fiddle into a deeper character as well. Chekhov uses one particular irony
Perhaps she was just rosy from the fever, or more likely just relieved that she was
finally going to be released from her dreary life of being frightened by Yakov,
mistreated, and not appreciated. Even though Marfa only has a small presence in
the text, she is a great tool for Chekhov. She is used to bring up Yakov s past. Marfa
says Do you remember fifty years ago God gave us a little baby with flaxen hair?
We used always to be sitting by the river then, singing songs . . . under the willows,
and laughing bitterly, she added: The baby girl died. Yakov did not remember his
baby from years ago. Yakov had shut out most of his past, and only thought of
profit and losses. However when Yakov later goes and sits beneath the tree and
finally remembers their child, the reader is not ever sure as to whether he actually
remembers the child, or if it is just a figment of his imagination. Another ambiguity
is when Yakov leaves the cemetary after Marfa s burial it is said that he didn t feel
well. However it is never clarified if he is physically ill, or emotionally ill. If Yakov
is only emotionally ill and ends up dying from this it would indicate that Yakov is
much more deeply connected to Marfa than has previously been shown. This would
perpetuate the theme of loss, because if he was extremely close to his wife, then her
loss is only that much more painful to him. Loss is surely the main recurring theme

Marketing Mix
According to Kotler et al. (2005), the term marketing mix indicates all of the
marketing activities which are applied by the company for an individual range of
services at the target market. The traditional instruments of the marketing mix are
the 7 P s of Marketing. Those are product, price, place, promotion, people, process
and physical evidence. In the following paragraphs the marketing mix will be applied
to the St Patrick s Festival in Birmingham.
Product
The Festival lasts three weeks. During these weeks there are different events held
for the whole family. Beside the different events the people are celebrating with a St
Patrick s Parade from Camp Hill to Digbeth (St. Patrick s Birmingham, n.d.). The
Parade is the third biggest world parade after New York and Dublin(BBC News,
15.03.2014). The city is hosting the event since 1996 (BBC News, 17.03.2014).
Price
The events are mostly for free. However some events costs money for example the
Irish Music Night or the Festival Launch. But the events are charged because the
organizers have to cover their costs. The Irish Music Night is held in a theatre where
the rent has to be paid for. Additionally the band needs to get paid. Moreover at the
Festival Launch, the customers have to pay 10 pounds but this event includes a two
course menu and live music (St Patrick s Birmingham, n.d.).
The organization is a non profit organization and the festival is financed through

Trash And Millions Themes
The first theme that will be compared between Trash and Millions is the theme of
friendship. In the text Trash Gardo and Raphael have a very strong friendship, so
strong in fact that Raphael sees Gardo as a brother but in fact both of the boys are
just best friends. Near the end of the text of Trash, Rat convinces the boys to throw
the money over Bahala for the poor people who live there just like Millions at the
end of the movie, it shows poor people in Africa having clean water coming from
the well. Damian used the money that his dad, his brother and dorothy kept for
themselves to built that well for the poor people in Africa. Some evidence that show
that there is friendship in Trash and Millions is, in the text Trash, Gardo treats Raphael
