1. Essay Creater
Crafting an essay on the subject of "Essay Creator" can be a paradoxical task, as it involves the
challenge of creating a coherent and insightful piece about a tool designed to simplify the essay-
writing process. The difficulty lies in navigating the fine line between praising the benefits of
such a tool and critically examining its limitations.
On one hand, you may find yourself exploring the potential advantages of an essay creator,
discussing how it can streamline the writing process, save time, and possibly enhance creativity.
However, the counterargument looms large, as the risk of relying too heavily on automation
might undermine the essence of genuine human expression and critical thinking. Striking the
right balance between the convenience of a tool and the necessity of personal input can be a
tightrope walk.
Furthermore, delving into the technical aspects of essay creation tools may pose another layer of
difficulty. Addressing the algorithms, programming intricacies, and the evolving nature of such
tools demands a certain level of technical knowledge that may not be readily accessible to all
writers. Balancing accessibility with depth in the discussion becomes a challenging aspect of the
essay.
Additionally, the evolving landscape of technology means that new features and advancements
in essay creators may emerge even as you write your essay. Keeping the content relevant and up-
to-date requires continuous monitoring of the field, adding an element of unpredictability to the
writing process.
In conclusion, navigating the complexities of crafting an essay on the topic of "Essay Creator"
demands a delicate balance between extolling the virtues and recognizing the potential pitfalls of
such tools. It involves delving into both the philosophical and technical aspects, all while
ensuring that the content remains relevant in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.

2. Cause Of The Holocaust
During this the unit on the Holocaust, I learned a lot of things. Not only about the
facts that lead to the Holocaust, but the people and their stories. There were many
things that caused the Holocaust to occur. Firstly, the Nazi as a political party. The
Nazi Party, the National Socialist German Workers Party, was a far right political
party residing in Germanyfrom 1920 1945 with the ideology of Nazism. Nazism is
distinguished by its strong belief of fascism, anti semitism and scientific racism. It
was founded and ran by Anton Drexler from 1920 1921, then was taken over by
Adolf Hitlerfrom 1921 1945. Adolf Hitler, as may know, was one of the lead causes
of the Holocaustwith the large scale introduction of Nazism to the German public...

This lead to conservative leaders, including the former chancellor, Franz von
Papen, into coaxing President Paul von Hindenburg to appointing Hitler as
Chancellor in late January of 1933. Shortly thereafter, Hitler took the chance and
created the Enabling Act of 1933, empowering him the ability to enact laws
without Reichstag participation. Hitler quickly converted the Weimar Republic
into a one party dictatorship with the ideology of Nazism. He took away the
citizen s freedoms, preventing them from freedom of the press, speech, religion,
expression and others. Soon enough, this let to the Night of Broken Glass, or
Kristallnacht. On the seventh of November, 1938 a German diplomat, Ernst vom

an act of vengeance for his parents and siblings removal from Germany. Vom Rath
died on November 9th, 1938. The government used this as propaganda against the
Jews. The effect was detrimental to the German Jews, as 7,500 Jewish run shops
were assaulted and looted and 1,000 synagogues were damaged and destroyed in the

visionary and an organizational development innovator[d]. However, he did not
prepare successors for assuming the critical role that continued organizational
development. Neither of his successors, first William Irrgang and later Georges
Willis, had contributed anything of note in developing the organization to meet
Lincoln s changing environmental demands. In particular, during Willis s tenure,
Lincoln did not even practice organizational maintenance: By 1992, nearly all of the
newly acquired plants, plus France, were operating in the red [and corporate

she felt calm and proficient. I used specific examples and concise language. When I

The purpose of this study was to conduct a Diels Alder reaction with the reactants,
anthracene 9 methanol and N methylmaleimide, in conjunction with the principles
and metrics of green chemistry: increasing atom economy, utilizing safer solvents,
and preventing pollution.1 Upon completion of the calculation, the atom economy
and percent yield were found to be 100% and 4.88% respectively. Subsequently,
melting point range analysis yielded a melting range of 218 220в„ѓ. These findings
could be useful for individuals looking to maximize the percent yield for other Diels
Alder reaction while utilizing benign green reagents and solvents. Introduction:
A Diels Alder reaction involves a cyclic flow of electrons in a concerted step in
which the conjugated diene, supplies 4 pi electrons and the alkene or alkyne,
known as the dienophile, supplies 2 pi electrons. In this process, two new sigma
bonds, which link the former dienophile to the diene, and one new pi bond, between
the former double bonds on the diene, are formed. Furthermore, the reaction can
involve molecules with a large variety of substituents, as long as there is a diene with
electron donating groups and a dienophile with electron withdrawing groups as this
can speed up the reaction. A critical part of the... Show more content on

trail with plenty of national security talk and it remains a separate issue whether
any of the candidates proposals have been substantial or not. Competitors who wish
to secure the Democratic and Republican nominations have given their views
concerning national security and troop levels. Contenders in both the Democratic
and Republican parties have a view that the best approach for discussing the federal

Although it may make sense to think that cutting federal defense spending and
military budget will put the United States of America s national security at risk, it is
still not clear what the right choice is as presidential candidates still debate on
increasing versus decreasing federal defense spending and military budget.
The United States of America s defense budget is accounted for by the spending for
the Department of Defense. All the funding directed to the Department of Defense
covers its base budget through payment of the department s normal activities
(National Priorities). Most presidential candidates support the idea of the United
States of America developing a bigger military force or at least leaving it as big as
it currently is, except most notably Berny Sanders. The United States of America
currently stands at a $494 billion dollar deficit (US Debt Clock) and many politicians
want to reduce this deficit by cutting down budget or enforcing a balanced budget
amendment. Berny Sanders has for years and still at the moment still criticizing
politicians who have such ideas which he terms as regressive. Berny Sanders argues
that the federal defense spending and military budget are three times larger than that
of the second biggest spender: China. He further argues that even among military
members, many believe that

Large round eyes, drop ears, and high set tail over the back are the physical traits
of a Shih Tzu. They may be small dogs but they are prized by many people of their
loyal and playful nature. Unlike most dog breeds, Shih Tzu loves to be spoiled and
showered with food and toys. So if you are planning to adopt one, you may want to
consider important aspects of their personality and needs.
The Shih Tzu dog breed may have originated in Tibet and prized by Chinese
emperors in the old days. They are also called chrysanthemum dogs because how
their hair grows around their face in every direction. Before you adopt this dog breed,
be ready for the following:
Shih Tzu is not a guard dog. You cannot expect them to protect your home and hunt
down pests like rats. But in exchange, you won t have to be worried about them
digging tunnels in your front yard or backyard.
Shih Tzu loves attention, very much. They will expect you to put on your lap and
stroke them often. It means you need to dedicate an adequate of bonding time with
this dog breed to keep them from being lonely.
Shih Tzu needs a lot of time with obedience training. They have a tendency to break
things at your home, thanks to their playful nature.
Shih Tzu still requires a daily short walk. They can get overweight if they lack
regular exercise and it is not a good thing, especially in smaller dogs. If you spare
time for dog walks, layout a track course at home using your furniture instead.

12. Change In Adolescents
Language is directly linked to our identity, so naturally, as our identities change so
does our use of English. This is particularly evident in the ever changing personalities
of adolescents, where language is also an important tool to distinguish those within
and outside social circles. Another instance of this change of identity is the way
ethnolects shape their users values and characters, and consequently this is mirrored
by a shift in language. Similarly, Aboriginal English distinctions from the Australian
culture play a role in changing the dialect, in addition to the divide in prestige
between Aboriginal English and Australian English.

Its struggle for prestige is closely linked to the Aboriginal interaction with settlers,
producing a unique variety of ethnolects. Much like other ethnolects, Aboriginal
cultures change the identity and therefore the language of its users. Silence, for
example, is far more accepted as a mark of respect in aboriginal culture, so naturally
the use of silence is more prevalent in the ethnolect. This can cause confusion, a lack
of an answer to a question is not a display of guilt or inattentiveness, although it may
seem so to a SEA speaker, and the reverse is true too. In addition to this, the prestige
of English in Australia has resulted in negative attitudes towards certain aspects of
SEA. This is the concept of flash talk , where obscure or heightened lexemes are
frowned upon in the Aboriginal community, as using this register conveys an
inclination to the white Australia. Communication in flash talk also removes the
values associated with the ethnolect in favour of the prestige of SEA and this
disrespect to Aboriginal society is the reasoning behind the attitudes toward SEA.
Both of these cases add the evolving identity of Aboriginal Australians, and therefore
the reflection of these individuals found in their use of Australian

It was especially difficult for African American women musicians. Women were not
seen as equals to men, they needed men to help them even get into the music
industry and they needed men to help them get their music recorded and heard. One
scene, toward the middle of the movie was very interesting to watch. The scene
showed both African Americans and White Americans enjoying one of Chuck Berry
s performances where he plays his most famous song Maybellene . However, at first
the two groups were divided by rope. At one point in the show, the audience broke
through the rope and were dancing together. This scene showed that even though
African American musicians had a more difficult time in the music industry, their
music was popular and enjoyed by everyone. While the movie was about the lives of
the people involved with Chess Records, mostly Leonard Chess, Muddy Waters, and a
few other artists, it was narrated by Willie Dixon. Willie Dixon wrote a famous song
sung by Muddy Waters featured in the film called Hoochie Coochie Man . While
Willie Dixon was a famous musician, he was more involved with the business side
of Chess Records, which gave him a better perspective of what was going on in both
the business side of the industry and in the music. The way the biopic is told shows
the ups and downs of the artists lives. While it does show their triumphs, it shows
more of the struggles they faced.
14. The Big Deal About The New Deal
The big deal about the new deal
When looking at the new deal in the 1930 s it is hard to say anything with
conviction. From the start of the great depression to the war little was black and
white. The reasoning you gave to the situation would probably give a clue as to
where you fit in the status quo. However, this paper is about bringing to light if I
think the new deal was successful or not. In my opinion yes the new deal was a
success, though not entirely in the way intended. To start off I should give a little
background to help understand what the new deal was fighting, and I will stick
more to the agricultural side of the depression in the interest of brevity. The main
culprit that hurt the citizens of the U.S. was unemployment. This came about due
to a couple of factors. But in my opinion the most important ones are credit, and
deflation due to abundance. Both of these reasons abound in the agricultural sector
of the time. With world war one being a catalyst farm size grew exponentially with
the need to supply efforts overseas. This lead to the need to take out loans to buy
expensive machines to work the larger areas. So when the war was over the farmers
were still producing at the same quantities to try and maintain their farms. With all of
this excess the prices on farm produce dropped to almost nothing. This is lead to
many farms being foreclosed on. This was just one area where this happened similar
situations occurred in the industrial sector with many
15. Persuasive Essay On Forest Fires
Forest fires are not uncommon in the west coast but rising temperatures and global
climate change have been leading to drier and drier seasons in many areas, making
wildfires a growing concern. The west coast has both the largest number of
wildfires as well as the most severe, starting from 100 acres and above (Donegan,
2016). Southern California is a frequent location for wildfires each year due to its
dry weather and hot temperatures during the summer, and the Santa Clarita region
alone has had a 20% reduction in soil moisture. The effects of the reduction of soil
moisture has led to concerning forest fire events such as the Sand Fire in 2016 and
also the invasion of PineBark Beetles. Events like these can be incredibly dangerous
to both nature and to the human population. Although difficult to prevent because
forest fires can happen naturally when temperatures rise, especially during summers,
there are still many strategies people can follow in order to prevent fires in local
forests (Wildland Fire, n.d.). We will also explore some benefits wildfires can bring
to the ecosystem.
General Info
Wildfires can originate from a match, a cigarette bud, or a campfire and can have
devastating effects on the surrounding wildlife and human population as well. About
90% of wildfires are the cause of human error (Wildland Fire, n.d.). Wind,
temperature, and humidity can have a large effect on how long a forest fire lasts, the
direction, and how intense it can become (Wildland Fire,
16. The Theory Of Alienation In Charlie Chaplin s Film
Modern...
The theory of alienation developed by Karl Marx depicts the estrangement of
people due to living in a capitalist system of production. Through the manuscript
Estranged Labor from his Economic and Philosophic Manuscripts of 1844, Marx
describes his theory of alienation and specifies on the four types of ways in which
the worker is alienated. A vivid example of Marx s theory of alienation can be seen
through Charlie Chaplin s comedy film Modern Times. In his film, the central idea
of the theory of labor alienation and how the worker is affected by the alienation
are depicted. The notion of alienation depicted in Marx s Estranged Labor is also
depicted in Chaplin s Modern Times. In Marx s Economic and Philosophic
Manuscripts of 1844, he explains the process of how workers become alienated
from living in a capitalist society through his Estranged Labor manuscript. Marx
specifies on the four aspects in which the worker is estranged from his labor:
product, labor, self, and man. Charlie Chaplin s film Modern Times also shows a
notion of alienation of the worker. The beginning of the film first shows the process
in which every worker does his own job. Soon, it begins to show viewers the harsh
and inhumane working conditions of the workers. Constantly having to do the same
job over and over again, the first few minutes of the film span out how Chaplin
slowly begins to lose his mind. These two different works can be connected through
the notions of the alienation of labor.
17. Augustus s Use Of Portraiture In The Emperor Augustus
Portraiture in Rome and specifically portraiture in Roman politics has always been
a clever game of propaganda to the people for the people in Rome. During the reign
of the Emperor Augustus there is vast usage of imagery, deification, portraiture and
political symbolism to help him carry out his subtle political propaganda and win the
people of Rome his adoptive father Julius Caesarwas assassinated in 44 BC. It is
specifically in Augustuscoinage and how he used the mints and distribution of money

beliefs would be instigated within his empire. Augustus use of the coins helped

It was considered taboo for a man to put his visage on coins whilst he was still
alive perhaps in reference to the Greek influenced predecessor where the usage of
divine figures or Gods were used. Thus would mean one could be implying some
sort of association with the divine and that they were in fact a God, which refers to
the concept of deifying powerful leading figures only after they are dead. Yet in 44
BCE Julius Caesar became the first living person in Rome to put his own portrait
onto the faces of coins [See Figure.1]. By placing his image on the coins Caesar
had gone against the Republican norm, as well as ensuring his portrait was
recorded in the Republican veristic style which depicts his features with wrinkles
and his receding hairline . Along with the laurel wreath to symbolise victory and
the inscription that translates to Dictator for Life would summarise and enforce a
public opinion of Caesar and his accomplishments simply by being distributed to
the Roman community in the form of coins . Perhaps this disregard of the typical
modesty most Romans would display and, instead would appear arrogant is what
added fuel to the fires which resulted in Caesars death on the Ides of March.
Nevertheless this type of self portraiture on the coinage became a method of
political expression and a ways for rulers or Emperors as in the case of Emperor
Augustus, Caesars adoptive son and nephew by blood, to spread his ideals,
accomplishments and ensure the favour of his people through cleverly designed

Britain is considering changing current first past the post voting system (FPTP) to
proportional representation (PR). The main reason is that FPTP is quasi democratic
voting system under which there is only one majority party ruling the government

seems to be the best alternative voting systemwith proportionality of seats in
mandatory places, more parties ruling government and etc. Let us look at these two
voting systems and analyze whether PR is suitable and alternative change for FPTP

In 1997 Labour pledged a referendum on PR, but it was postponed and it has been
argued that two strong political parties, Labour and Torries, would have lost the
most if there were any changes in voting systems. If the referendum took place in
1997 elections, Labour majority would have to share, approximately, from 46
seats to 166 MPs with Liberal Democrats. Liberal Democrats gained 16,8% of the
total votes, but won less than 10% of the total seats. To clearly understand the
concept of PR and how does it work, two most common forms of PR must be
evaluated. They are Single Transferable Vote (STV) and Additional Member
System (AMS). In Single Transferable Vote (STV) each voter has only one vote. As
in the name of the system word Transferable occurs, so votes may go from a
candidate who is first preference, to the second and continues if there is no
opportunity for a preferred candidate to win or a candidate already has enough
votes. In this case it is not obligatory to have a majority of votes, because all is
needed is just to reach a quota of 50%. Candidates, who have the least votes are
eliminated and votes are redistributed. Using this voting system, voters have more
choice than in any other systems. Additional Member System is the fusion of FPTP
and Party List. Also it is known as Mixed Member Proportional (MMP). Under

Baha is consider themselves world citizens, working for the establishment of a
universal human civilization based on love, spiritual virtues and the desire of all
people for the peace and prosperity (@BahaiTeachings. pg.1). They believe in the
harmony and peace of humanity and the undividedness of all religions of the world.
The founders of the Baha i faith endured trials and tribulations to set the standards
for future supporters. The beliefs, worships, and traditions amplify the organization
and ground rules of the Baha i faith. This faith openly expresses its fondness of
equality to any gender, race, or ethnicity with minor differences. Baha i religion is
perhaps one of the most compassionate and nondiscriminatory religions known to
society. In similar fashion, the founders formed the history of the Baha i faith. A

Stopping at the frightened and confused look John was giving him, Roy trailed off, I

Too much, Johnny tried explaining.
I was talking too fast? And I was talking about too many subjects? Roy asked slowly.
Nodding, Johnny yawned and gasped.
Shhh, it s okay, Roy soothed, rubbing his arm. You have a lot of wounds on different
parts of your body.
Confused about why he had them, but unable to figure out how to ask, John just
looked towards Roy.
Not able to know words, tell me, clear up why, Johnny pleaded in his head, frustrated
to feel as though his mind was trying to think while being encased in mud.
Do you want to know what happened? Why you are hurting now? asked Roy, reading
the desperation on Johnny s face.
Nodding, John groaned as it set off a round of nauseous and increased the thumping
inside his head.
Don t worry, you can t get sick, Roy assured him. The doctors have a tube going in
your nose that makes sure that it doesn t happen. I know it s not fun and itches, but it
s better than getting sick.
Sighing, John leaned back on the bed and waited for Roy to begin explaining.
Starting with the shortened version of being caught in a fire that caused him to be
thrown a bit, Roy then moved on to let John know the various injuries that were
caused by that. Once he went through that, Roy pointed out each tube and what it was
for, hoping that at some level Johnny was understanding it. Considering how he
looked however, Roy figured that most of the

BUSINESS COMMUNICATION TRENDS AT THE WORK PLACE

Abstract
It is well aware that communication always plays a very important role in our life.
Communication means to transfer the information from one person to another. It
means it is the exchange of the information, ideas, facts and opinion with another in
the form of verbal, non verbal or in a written way. Communication is important
everywhere, whether it is related to our personal life or professional life. It helps us in
understanding the message of others and effectively improves our relationship with
others. This is the reason that every organization is focusing on the business
communication. Every year, companies spend lots of money in training and
development for improving the communication skills of the employees. It helps the
companies in improving its relations with the external world.
Business Communication Trends
Communication is a process in which the flow of information is irreversible. Once
the message is sent, it is not possible to get it back without delivery. So it is very
important for everyone to have a basic understanding about the communication
process. An effective communication process is considered a two way process in
which the sender sends the information through various channels and the receiver
receives the information. But a proper feedback ensures the sender that the receiver
has received the right information. So if it is found that the

absence of inter service joint training encumbered integrated Allied airborne

Essay on Generation Gap
How many times have you felt that your parents don t understand you, that they
have no respect for you as an individual? How often do you shake your head in
frustration and blame it on the generation gap ? Parents! They are like aliens from
another planet altogether! You and they are in different camps; strangers forced to
live under the same roof Right? Wrong! There is a way of bridging what appears to
be a yawning chasm. If you genuinely want to improve your relationship with your
parents (and give them a big shock in the bargain!) try listening to them, treating
them just like you would listen to a valued friend. Instead of always whining, You

Generation gap means difference in attitude, or lack of understanding between
younger and older generation. This generation gap has always been there but these
days it has reached to an explosive stage. The values and patterns of life have
changed to a great extent. Today, everybody likes to live and behave in his own way.
This attitude has widened the generation gap, which can never be filled. It is now
destroying family life completely. The elders look after the children and make all
sorts of sacrifices to bring them up. Naturally, they feel they have a right over them.
They want their children to follow their instructions as they have certain expectations
from them. But the children, when they grow up, want a complete freedom in their
thoughts and actions and unfortunately their thoughts and actions are just opposite to
those expected by the elders. They revolt when any kind of restrictions are imposed
on them. Consequently, the family breaks up and everything gets ruined.
In India, we are yet in the initial stages, but the gap has appeared and it is going to
grow bigger day by day. So it is not only the responsibility of the younger but also of
the elders to fill this gap with their love, affection and trust. The

CHAPTER 1
INTRODUCTION
At first glance the idea of running an engine on air seems to be too good to be true.
Actually, if we can make use of air as an aid for running an engine it is a fantastic
idea. As we all know, air is all around us, it never runs out, it is non polluting and it
is free.
An Air Driven Engine makes use of Compressed Air Technology for its operation.
Compressed Air Technology is now widely preferred for research by different
industries for developing different drives for different purposes. The Compressed
Air Technology is quite simple. If we compress normal air into a cylinder the air
would hold some energy within it. This energy can be utilized for useful purposes.
When this compressed air expands, the energy is ... Show more content on

Fig. 2.1 working of two stroke engine
There are no traditional valves in a two stroke engine. In a two stroke the engines
fires once every revolution. This makes the engine highly efficient and lightweight
compared to four stroke systems. Rather than entering through valves, the fuel/air
mixture enters through an intake port and exhaust exits out of an exhaust port. In
place of traditional valves the two stroke engine uses the piston s position to force out
exhaust or suck in fuel mixture.
Reeds are vital to a two stroke system. The reeds are placed between the intake
manifold and the carburetor, open and close to allow the fuel / air mixture to enter
the case of the engine and trap it, and ensure the proper exchange of gasses in the
engine. This procedure might sound complex, but it is, in fact, extremely effective
and easy to understand.
The whole cycle can be explained as follows:
1) As the piston moves from bottom dead center to top dead center it creates a
vaccum to draw the fuel / air mixture through the carburetor and past the reed valve
assembly.
2) The piston moves down from top dead center to bottom dead center. The reed
closes, causing the pressure to build in the cylinder. The movement of the piston
uncovers the intake port and pressurized the fuel / air mixture.
3) The piston now moves up from bottom dead center to top dead center, effectively
ending a cycle and starting another. The spark plug

Twin studies have been used to distinguish between genetic and environmental factors
for many disorders in the general population including ectodermal dysplasia, Ellis van
Creveld, and anencephaly. This review focuses on genetic disorders affecting
monozygotic, dizygotic, and conjoined twins to gain a better understanding of them.
Many studies focus on twinsbecause they have a nearly identical genome, which
eliminates environmental factors. In case studies, the concordance rates in
monozygotic twins have supported that certain disorders were caused by genetics and
not the environment. The discordant values in twins will also be evaluated briefly.
Twinning studies have also shown linkages between specific disorders and the genes

monozygotic, dizygotic, and conjoined twins will be carefully evaluated and

clearly understand the formation of twins, the foundational knowledge of twinning
must be analyzed. Beginning with the three common types of twins, including

This paper will begin with an overview of the incorporation of child labour in
Britain, the conditions in which the children worked, and a summary of the elements
of the Acts of 1833 and 1844 the two laws that are regarded as having made the
greatest impact on participation and treatment of the children. Next, the varying
stances of the aforementioned central critics on the effects of the laws within the
textile industry will be reviewed, followed by a discussion of their effects on the
education system; and to conclude the evaluation of the textile industry, a cross
evaluation of the various critical opinions will then be presented. Finally, the paper
changes focus from the textile industry to the effects of the child labour laws on the
non textile industries.
During the Industrial Revolution, Britain s working landscape made a dramatic shift
from agricultural to factory based mass production of forged resources such as
textiles, iron, and glass. With this change of focus came the necessity for a greater
amount of labour. Employers soon discovered that they could employ a child in the
place of an adult since all workers lacked experience due to the newness of the
technology; the machines were powered by forces other than a man s strength, and

The cultural texts from King and Thoreau about racial inequality were noticeably
different in their deliveries; however, by taking advantage of their shared ability to
form eloquent phrases and demonstrate clear vision, both authors were successful in
conveying the benefits of governmental change and societal progression. Thoreau
lamented over the inaction of his fellow citizens and expressed his sentiments with an
unforgiving and assertive tone; King on the other hand, was more conscious of his
white centric audience and understood that in order to maintain Thoreau s beliefs in
his letter, he would have to come across as more respectful and understanding of his
readers. Rather than sounding hostile, King simply addresses times when the

Thoreau used Civil Disobedience to question the possibility of organizing the rights
of man, and infused its paragraphs with his fears of a systematic government that
could not be resisted or changed (Thoreau). His fears were paralleled in King s
statement that Birmingham city officials consistently refused to engage in good faith
negotiation, which underscored the government s inability to reform itself and
showed how African American lives would be affected if action was not taken in a
timely manner. Change, King continued, would only be sustained if southern
governments willed themselves to converse in monologue rather than dialogue
(King). This deliberate juxtaposition helped mold his argument that negotiation was
not feasible due to the one sidedness of the conversation about race. His subsequent
conclusion was that taking direct action was simply a moral responsibility that
African Americans should pursue

conditioning you on how to act at the dinner table in social situations, and possibly
most important, in the business world. If you re planning on a career in business,
the probability of being invited to an informal lunch interview or a formal dinner
is likely. In the following paragraphs, I will describe the differences between a
formal and informal place setting, and explain some of the do s and do not s of
proper dining etiquette in a business setting. First of all, arrive to the dinner on
time, always dress for the occasion, and remember the host is in charge. If seating
is assigned, look for the place card with your name on it. The place card is
typically located at the center of the dinner plate, or just above it on the table. If
there are no place cards, wait for the host to direct you to your assigned seat. Let
the host sit down before you unless they tell you to first. Once seated, pick up your
napkin, fold it in half, and lay it across your lap. Make sure the napkin fold is away
from you so when you use it any crumbs on the napkin will fall to the floor and not
on you. Second, take notice of the place setting. It s a good indicator whether the

The purpose of this study was to study how the method of growing food
organically or non organically affected the mold growth between the two. Also,
looking at whether or not organic food or non organic food is healthier for you.
Throughout a one week period, data was collected each day by a ranking system
on a scale of 1 to 5. The rank gave a number for how much mold grew after one day.
1 meaning no mold and 5 meaning more than 10 spots of mold. The three foods
involved in this study were cheese, strawberries, and bananas. There were an organic
and non organic foodfor each food item. The food was placed in a dark and warm
cabinet. It is claimed that non organic food will grow mold faster based on the
number of mold spots grown because mold likes to grow in the dark better. Other
studies explained there is not a significant difference nutritionally between organic
and non organic foods.
Introduction
How does the method of growing organic food affect the growth of mold and
nutritional value versus non organic foods? This question is significant because
many people buy organic food because they think it is healthier. Also, since non
organic foods usually have more preservatives in them to make them last longer, the
assumption is that non organic foods will mold faster. Molds are fungi that grow
best in warm, dark, damp, and humid conditions. Mold spreads and reproduces by
making spores that can survive harsh conditions (CDC, 2014). If a food is to be
grown organically,

44. Male, Maldives, And Climate Change Essay
Male, Maldives and Climate Change When you see this piece of art, you might
just think Wow, what a pretty picture of the ocean and that is one way of looking
at this picture. However, if you take a closer look, you will find that this picture is
more than a picture of the ocean. If you haven t already noticed, this picture is
actually made of over fifty pictures that I selected and formed into a mosaic. All of
the pictures on here have something in common. They are pictures of the Maldives.
With this piece, I literally took the Maldives and turned it into an ocean. You might
wonder why I chose to make the mosaic a picture of the ocean instead of a tropical
island. The ocean is a symbolic representation of what may happen to the Maldives
unless things change. As the flattest country on Earth, the Maldives is extremely
susceptible to rising sea levels. Unfortunately over the past twenty years, the sea
level has increase by 0.13 inches per year. This increase is double what is what it
was in the prior eighty years. (National Geographic 2016) At this rate, the Maldives
will be completely under water by 2085. (Mellino, Cole, 2016) The increase in sea

The company has received a lot of complaints from customers regarding their
services. For instance, the company has received a lot of complaints about the flight
delays due to mechanical problem or other reasons. Next, customers could not get
partial refund if they cancel their flights. Moreover, there are many hidden charges
as well. Other than complaints, there is another issue that highlights the poor quality
of services of AirAsia Berhad. That is, customer feedbacks are being ignored
usually. The poor quality of service might cause the customers to lose loyalty and
hence fleeing to other competitors such as Firefly, Malaysia Airline (MAS) and
Malindo. It is important for Air Asia to have a good customer service especially when
competition is getting intense in aviation industry. Air Asia should maintain a better
relationship with customers and provide value to customers or even rectify these
