vegetarian diet for two weeks and obtained protein through nuts, beans, and peanut butter. When I was
participating in the diet, I realized how common meat was a part of the dishes served for breakfast,
lunch, and dinner. It was often a central part of a dish, and meat was always served for every meal.
While protein is an essential part of a healthy diet, the amount offered is more than needed. After this
exercise, I am willing to consider giving up chicken or pork. I also definitely suggest going on a
vegetarian diet for at least a week or two to experience what it is like. I gained a broader perspective
when I did this diet and learned how vegetarians got their protein, why vegetarians did their diet, and

I conducted my observations at the HUB, outside where the tables are located. I decided upon this
location due to its large size, alongside the fact that it is placed in a spot where most people have to

The biggest difference were the population size, drinks of choice, and noise level. The group of people

Many people have begun to perceive social media as a negative aspect of their lives. They believe that
they do not get enough face to face interaction and this causes their actual social life to deteriorate.

the internet and specifically, social media is now used as a valuable source of news and many people s
primary way of obtaining recent news. Therefore, although social media may cause less human
interaction it does generally make us more social due to the fact that we can interact with others
globally within minutes and access news in the same fashion. There are many cases of ludicrous

Evaluation Of The First Chapter
The first chapter introduced me to the various roles within OT. This includes activities that are
meaningful to a client. So, not only is OT helping with a problem, such as a broken wrist, but it also
helps break that down into different aspects that are utilized to regain function through tasks. I didn t
realize how much, or the depth OT actually went, and how many occupations there were to cover. This
chapter introduced me to just how diverse the clientele are in OT, and how much creativity with a
holistic approach in activities is used to help in a client s therapeutic treatment. This chapter made me
look positively toward my future in OT, with promise of it being a rewarding journey. The second
chapter gave me a history of where OT has evolved from. I think this is an important chapter to review
to show how OT has developed over the years from people with many different backgrounds. I had no
knowledge as to where OT had developed from. These people didn t just go to school to be involved
with OT they were creating the field itself. I didn t gather that all the people were working together in
a collaborative effort to make OT a field of study. This chapter gives light to the discovery of different
approaches and methods ranging from the Arts and Crafts Movement and beginning of moral
treatment for people from all walks of life, to the progress to drugs being introduced and Acts being
adopted into law to help people who needed OT. Not only has the realization that people

The proposed single development is located within the Monash City Council subdivision lot number
56. It is designed as per the planning provisions stipulated in the Monash City Council Guidelines.
Lot number 56 is a 926 m^2 block with an 8% slope towards the back fence. Additionally there is a
3m easement along the back fence for surface drainage. All services (gas, water, electricity and
communications) are located at the right hand side corner of the plot (looking from access road). Drive

shortfalls at times, they have managed to improve condition around the world in some areas. Bolivia is
