This case report describes a 56-year-old man who developed Ludwig's angina, a serious neck and mouth infection, after a dental abscess. Examination showed facial swelling on the right jaw area with no breathing difficulties. Imaging showed swelling in the neck and mouth. The patient underwent drainage surgery through three incisions and antibiotic treatment. Follow up imaging showed improvement and the patient was discharged in good condition. Ludwig's angina is a life-threatening soft tissue infection that requires early identification, antibiotic treatment, and surgical drainage to prevent airway compromise.
