Frommy point of view, teaching is one of themost challengeableand funny
work at the same time for both teachers and students. It is a challengeablework
becauseof the different situationsthat teachers may faceevery day. Also, it is a
funny work for the new teaching methods thatteacher may use.
Being a teacher is not an easy task, and it does not mean being thecenter of the
class. Teachers aremultiple talented humans. Frommy perspective, teachers are
an observer at theclass time to knowwhat are the students doing and if they
understand or need some help. They are an instructortoteach and share
knowledge. Also, they area facilities to help students whomneed help in doing
tasks, or in repeating thedirections.I think teachers’rolewill be continuous even
if they leave the classroom. For example, they are an evaluator toevaluateboth
their achievement and their students’achievement.
Education is not a task that teacher can work in it alone. It needs a teamwork to
reach a high level of achievement . This team is supposed to be the
administrationof the school, teacher, parents and students. Administration togive
teachers items that they need and to do not put them under pressure. For more
explanations, when teachers arenot comfortablewith their principle, and they
are under pressureallthe time. They will dischargetheir negativeenergyof the
students. Parents as well are part of educationalcircle. They arethe supporter
point in this circle. For instance, parents at thehome have thepower to let

complete their educations.
For my classroom, The classroomenvironment will be one of my powerfulpoints
. The class needs to be comfortablefor both my students and I. I will put colorful
tables and chairs, let students drawand post their work in a wall and put
students’ pictures in theclassroom. When students lovethe classroomitself they
will be ready to love the content . I believe that if students lovethe classroomand
theteacher, they will learn fast and better. Moreover, me as a teacher I prefer to
have some information about my students beforeinterringtheclass for a simple
reason which is preparing myself to interact with any students’personal
problems.
In my educationalphilosophy teachers areableto do anythingtoteach. I will
try hundreds ways to find the way that fit my futurestudents. I will not stop
learning frommy collogue, principles even my students.
