Say
• It is difficult to balance the study and the work life.
• The knowledge we got at school is different that one we need
in the work.
• It is a luck to make money and have a work we love at the
same time.
• Lots of time I think we learn to be a big firm’s director and we
are just trainees as we begin.
• We just need the graduate degree statement. We learn how
to work in the practice.
Say
• I have lots of doubts about what to do, which career to
choose.
• Have I chosen the right option about my superior course?
• If the teacher know what to do in business life, why don’t they
make more money inside the enterprises?
• I don’t remember the majority of the subjects we saw in the
graduation.
• More than knowledge, we need someone to indicate us for a
job.
Say
• We need more practical exercises than theorical ones.
• It is hard to have the students’ attention when they are tired
after a work day.
• The students want something practical but, for this, they must
have a bigger autonomy level.
Do
• The Brazilian business students, in majority, work and study at
the same time. So, we can see that they are tired when they
engage the classes and want to learn without a lot of work.
• Usually, they give more importance to work than to study.
• They study only at the tests time, to get good grades and to go
ahead in the course.
Think
• The more difficult transition is from the work they have during
the graduation for a more qualified one, after the graduate.
• Will I have a better condition of life because I have the
graduate degree?
• How can I prove I get the right competences?
• If I am a student with good marks I will have advantages on
the job selection?
Feel
• Hard to Grow
• Loosing the time at the University
• Why to follow the rules if I am better than my bosses?
Problem Statement
• Students need a way to be in touch with different occupations
and skills inside the University before they decide for one
carrier because they have doubts about their real
competences, if they are enough and which way to follow.
