Lesson Plan in Grade III
                                             July 1 & 3, 2008


I. Objectives:
                At the end of the lesson, the pupils are expected to;
        A. open and close the MS Word program.
        B. show appreciation of the different word arts.
        C. type words according to what it means.

II. Subject- Matter:
        A. Topic: Designing Words (Skill Review)
                Ref. Techno-Poet, pg. 13
        B. Value- Focus: Creativeness, Ability,
        C. Materials: computer

III. Procedure:
         A. Daily Routine
                 1. Prayer
                 2. Checking of Attendance
         B. Lesson Proper
                 1. Review
                 2. Motivation
                          Show 2 printed output, one with a design and the other one plain.
                 Let the pupils compare the two output.
                 3. Presentation/Discussion
                          Discuss how words with styles and arts enhances or adds beauty to ones work.
                 4. Application
                          Let the pupils design the given words to look like its meaning.

IV. Evaluation:
        Let the pupils think of other words and design it according to its meaning.

V. Assignment:
        Create a drawing based on its description.

Designing Words ( Skill Review)

  • 1. Lesson Plan in Grade III July 1 & 3, 2008 I. Objectives: At the end of the lesson, the pupils are expected to; A. open and close the MS Word program. B. show appreciation of the different word arts. C. type words according to what it means. II. Subject- Matter: A. Topic: Designing Words (Skill Review) Ref. Techno-Poet, pg. 13 B. Value- Focus: Creativeness, Ability, C. Materials: computer III. Procedure: A. Daily Routine 1. Prayer 2. Checking of Attendance B. Lesson Proper 1. Review 2. Motivation Show 2 printed output, one with a design and the other one plain. Let the pupils compare the two output. 3. Presentation/Discussion Discuss how words with styles and arts enhances or adds beauty to ones work. 4. Application Let the pupils design the given words to look like its meaning. IV. Evaluation: Let the pupils think of other words and design it according to its meaning. V. Assignment: Create a drawing based on its description.
