In the present work, the preparation method of antimony trioxide and its thermal properties
were extracted, as well as identified the manufacturing method to form an insulation layer
from this oxide as a thickness of the covering layer (2 mm), deposited on the composite material consisting of unsaturated polyester resin and glass fiber which acts as a paste and take for the material to the insulation and flame retardant oxide. Thermal erosion test was performed to assess the functioning of the antimony oxide efficiency to flame retardants. The
result obtained from erosion test done at (2000 °C) is an evidence that the antimony trioxide has an efficiency of as a flame retardant material at elevated temperatures.

Analysis of the Change in Curing Temperatures as a Result of Hydrolysis of El...inventionjournals
Changes in thermal properties of electrostatic thermosetting powder coating residue (polyester/epoxy and polyester/polyurethane) and hydrolyzed form of these residues were analyzed by "Differential Scanning Calorimetry" (DSC) and "Kofler Hot Bench" in the present study. Glass transition, melting, and crystallization temperatures of two different electrostatic thermosetting powder coating residue were measured with DSC analyses to determine the effects of hydrolysis. Melting and curing (hardening) temperatures were determined using kofler hot bench experiment, a simple and fast method. As a result, it was observed that, while the temperature that the thermosetting powder coating residue started to create film coating on metal surfaces was approximately 130oC, it commenced to increase to 160oC in certain residue, and up to 190oC in others with hydrolysis. Thus, it would be possible to utilize electrostatic thermosetting powder coating residue in high temperature manufacturing applications in the polymer industry (extrusion manufacturing, hot pressing, injection molding, blow molding, etc.).

Spalling Assessment of Self-Compacting Concrete with and Without Polypropylen...IJERA Editor
This research presents an experimental study on the spalling of self-compacting concrete (SCC) with
and without polypropylene (PP) fibres subjected to elevated temperatures and at 2 and 4 hour
exposure times. The results showed spalling occurred in all specimens that did not contain PP fibre in
the concrete mixture above 400oC. On the other hand, spalling did not occur in specimens containing
PP fibres above 0.05 % by volume. Spalling resistance performance was significantly improved. The
hardened densities, weight losses, permeability, and scanning electron microscopy tests showed that
the main cause for spalling was the low permeability of the SCC and the presence of water inside the
concrete. Vapour developed inside the concrete during a fire finds it difficult to escape and will
produce high internal stresses that lead to spalling. Statistical models were devised for the above test.

In this study, a field experiment was conducted to find out the effect of different levels of sulfur on natural rubbers mixtures. Vulcanization is a chemical process for converting natural rubber or related polymers into more durable materials by heating them with sulfur other equivalent curatives with accelerators. These additives modify the polymer by forming cross-links (bridges) between individual polymer chains. Vulcanized materials are less sticky and have superior mechanical properties. The results indicated that the application of sulfur -as a vulcanasing agent-had significant effect on mechanical (Shore A hardness test), thermal (DSC calorimetry) and surface-optical properties (SEM microscopy) of mixtures.

EFFECT OF THE ROUGHNESS AND TEMPERATURE OF THE SURFACE OF THE BASE MATERIAL O...IAEME Publication
In this research, the thermal coating process was carried out using flame spraying
technique using a gas mixture of oxygen and acetylene for the purpose of obtaining a
surface layer of nickel-aluminum (metco450) coating on the surface of medium carbon
steel type (AISI 1050) which provide an increase in surface properties and compensation
of the base material when lost due to friction or wear.
The research was carried out in three successive stages. The first stage included the
preparation of the specimens and the design of the base surface of these specimens and
Preparation of powder coating and analysis of chemical components for base material
and powder coating. The second stage included the implementation of the coating process
of (nickel-aluminum) powder by using the flame spray. The coating process was carried
out in different ways for each model by changing the different spraying factors, which
included the surface roughness of the specimens and the surface temperature of the
specimens before the coating process. The third stage of the research included
mechanical testing procedures of the coating layer.
The tests showed that adhesion increases with increasing surface roughness of the
sample prior to coating and the best adhesion is obtained when the base surface of the
sample is heated to a temperature of (350 ºC) before the coating process. The resistance
of the coating layer to wear is increased with the roughness of the base material surface
of the sample due to the increased adhesion of the coating layer and the best resistance
to wear when heating the surface of the base material of the sample before coating to
temperature (350 ºC). The hardness of the coating layer is increased by increasing the
roughness of the surface of the base material of the sample before the coating process
and the best surface hardness of the coating layer when heating the surface of the base
material of the sample before the coating process to (350 ºC

Influence of Ion Beam and Carbon Black Filler Type on the Mechanical and Phys...Editor IJCATR
Five types of carbon black nanofillers, namely Intermediate Super-Abrasion Furnace ISAF (N220), High-Abrasion Furnace
HAF-LS (N326), Fast Extruding Furnace FEF (N550), General Purpose Furnace GPF (N660) and Semi-Reinforcing Furnace SRF-HS
(N774) were incorporated with butadiene acrylonitrile rubber (NBR) in order to improve its physical properties. Young's modulus was
found to increase with nanofiller content. Percolation concentration was detected in mechanical as well as in Physico-chemical behavior.
The experimental values of the normalized Young's modulus fit well with Pukanszky et al. model; taking into consideration the difference
in carbon black-filler type. It is noticed that the characteristic time of swelling in toluene, τ is higher for NBR loaded with 30 phr ISAF
and for the rest of samples it increases with increasing of particle size. Finally oxygen ion beam irradiation for percolative loading NBR
nanocomposites increases Young's modulus nearly by 2-3 times.

Abstract: The Hot corrosion is the main and severe problem which can be controlled by thermal spray coatings. The various Corrosion control measures include Surface Heat Treatment, Engineering Paints, Vitreous Enamelling, Cladding, Powder coatings, Zinc coatings, Tin Plate, Electroplating, Cadmium Plating, Anodising (Anodizing), Thermal Spray Coatings., Plasma Nitriding/Carburising/Boronising., Pack Cementation, Ion Implantation, Ceramic and Cermet materials., Chemical Vapour Deposition, Physical Vapour Deposition. The demand for protective coatings has increased recently for almost all types of super alloys with improved strength, since high-temperature corrosion problems become much more significant for these alloys with increasing operating temperatures of modern heat engines. The Major areas where coatings have the application are Power generation Industries, Ceramics Industries, Chemical Industries, Iron & steel Industries and Mining Industries etc. Open or closed porosity in thermal spray coatings can originate from several different factors: partially or totally unmolten
particles, inadequate flow or fragmentation of the molten particle at impact, shadowing effects due to lower than the optimal spray angle, and entrapped gas. The interconnected (open) porosity allows the corrosive media to reach the coating-substrate interface, which eventually leads to delamination of the coatings. Although the development of the modern thermal spray
processes has decreased coating porosities, the transport of corrosive species to the substrate can still only be prevented by coating post treatment. Therefore it’s of actual significance to develop an effective method to post treat the thermal spray coatings to enhance their life in corrosive environment. In this paper author has reviewed the significance of heat treatment in thermal spray coatings for improving their properties and has made an attempt to explore the potential of heat treatment
process in thermal spray coatings.
Fabrication of ceramic matrix composite by using microwave energyIJARIDEA Journal
Abstract— Nowadays, ceramic matrix composites are being extensively used for industries and household
purposes. However, these ceramic composites materials are substantially resistant to biodegradation. In this
experimental study the specimen of silicon carbide with varying percentage of titanium carbide (TiC) has
been fabricated by using microwave sintering. Different samples having TiC 5%, 10%, 15% (wt%) were
prepared by die pressing. Then sample were heated in microwave furnace at different range of temperatures
i.e. 1150°C, 1250°C and 1350°. It was found that with increase in the weight percentage (wt %) of TiC, the
porosity was maximum in 1150°C and minimum porosity achieved maximum temperature 1350°C. The
maximum hardness was achieved in 1350°C when 15 wt % of TiC. Density was also increased with respect to
the increase in temperature and TiC wt %.

introduce a novel volumization algorithm, which transforms 2D images into 3D volumetric representations.
When combined with 3D convolution and deep curriculum learning optimization (CLO), itsignificantly improves
the immunity of models against localized universal attacks by up to 40%. We evaluate our proposed approach
using contemporary CNN architectures and the modified Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR-10
and CIFAR-100) and ImageNet Large Scale Visual Recognition Challenge (ILSVRC12) datasets, showcasing
accuracy improvements over previous techniques. The results indicate that the combination of the volumetric
input and curriculum learning holds significant promise for mitigating adversarial attacks without necessitating
adversary training.

Cosmetic shop management system project report.pdfKamal Acharya
Buying new cosmetic products is difficult. It can even be scary for those who have sensitive skin and are prone to skin trouble. The information needed to alleviate this problem is on the back of each product, but it's thought to interpret those ingredient lists unless you have a background in chemistry.
Instead of buying and hoping for the best, we can use data science to help us predict which products may be good fits for us. It includes various function programs to do the above mentioned tasks.
Data file handling has been effectively used in the program.
The automated cosmetic shop management system should deal with the automation of general workflow and administration process of the shop. The main processes of the system focus on customer's request where the system is able to search the most appropriate products and deliver it to the customers. It should help the employees to quickly identify the list of cosmetic product that have reached the minimum quantity and also keep a track of expired date for each cosmetic product. It should help the employees to find the rack number in which the product is placed. It is also Faster and more efficient way.
