DEPARTMENTAL TRAINER RESPONSIBILITIES

    Define training needs of the department based on guest feedback, observation,
     associates feed-back, LRA report…
    Deliver Training regularly
    Submit the attendance
    Participate in a monthly meeting with Training Manager and other Departmental
     Trainers to evaluate trainings, provide feedback, exchange best practices, etc
    Prepare the Monthly Training Plan
    Responsible for the new comers
    Create awareness of the importance of trainings
    Initiate cross training based on talents recognized within the department
    Responsible to welcome trainees in their department and draft their induction plan
    Evaluate effectiveness of training (follow-up)
    Help set standards for the respective outlet/department (S.O.P.)
    Guardian of the standards in the department

   Good communication and presentation skills
   Knowledge of the subject
   Certified trainer (TTT)
   Have the time to commit to the “role” of Departmental Trainer
   Organizational skills
   Lead by example
   Have experience to be able to give ample examples
