My experience are based on developing strategies, Business plans, using different kind of tools in
order to fulfill the task that the Company wanted.
• JYSK – solving current problems for the company. The task: Why JYSK Strategy Fails in
China 2010 – 24 hours case. JYSK has run into marketing and image problems, which
have affected sales. The company’s biggest strength in Europe “a good offer” becomes a
weakness and a shift in strategy is needed. After a lot of researches and analysis with
focus on buying criteria and target group, as well as external and internal analysis, was
clear enough that low price of the production is a weakness point on the Chinese
market. The reason was that, the Chinese middleclass customers do not want to
purchase low price products from foreign companies. As a recommendation for JYSK
Group was to invest money in advertising campaigns, to attract the customers.
Moreover, to understand the cultural differences and barriers, what is their choice
criteria and buying behavior; to find a way to communicate with their current and
potential customers, in order to attract them and to give them “a great offer”
• Vola – Business strategy for success. Expanding their business in a new market based on
many researches and analysis on market, customers and competitors. Organized the
sales force and investigate the macroeconomic in the country.
• DC-Supply – workshop innovation week project. Teamwork, assignment was to come up
with different ideas, to be creative, to find out unique solutions for the Company’s
product. Moreover, part of the project was to create a pocket video. Our team won the
first place for creativity and excellent teamwork. Project Manager 48 hour’s case.
• Marketing communication oriented cases for different companies, for ex. Polyprint A/
S, a packaging Company, who needed Social Media Strategy and implementing it for
3. three-month period. How the company should communicate with their current and
potential clients BtB oriented case, by writing business letters about Company’s events
and exhibitions, press releases about their newest technologies and unique customer
design solutions, that they can offer that to their clients not only in Denmark but also
abroad.
Almost all of the projects and assignments were solved in teams, therefore enhances today’s
modern workplace of being a team player and positively drive the benefits of group dynamics.
