Profile Description

The role is a divisional marketing role & works in niche areas of developing regional marketing
strategies for specific brands and creating effective & efficient channel sales, keeping dealer and
company needs, in mind. It encompasses co-ordination among the sales and marketing function and
driving growths through understanding, conceptualizing and then implementing effective marketing
initiatives in different regions of the division. It covers all the ATL & BTL activities for the region.

Brand Promotions: Developing marketing pitches for influencers and customers, designing and
developing ATL & BTL activities to address specific region’s core issues. E.g. AEROCON PANELS, a
premium partition & prefab panel, has been re-launched and marketed in Delhi region leading to
good market sentiments and market share gains for the product.
Budgeting: Allocating regional marketing budgets to different regions for the financial year and
controlling its usage.

Internal Consultation: Conduit the feedbacks from influencers and customers to marketing team
for making necessary changes in previous marketing tools and strategies.

Developing business partners: Developing new and better means of improving selling skills of our
business partners like Architects, franchise and contractors. Training and educating them to learn
new business processes and changing trends to serve customer better.

Marketing Strategy Formulation: Understanding market dynamics, issues to create effective
marketing strategy. Three of our best brand Charminar, Aerocon Panels and Aerocon Blocks, have
been re-worked for strategy and as of now has reaped good benefits in North region respectively.

Strategy Implementation: Implementing the strategy modules by assisting the sales team with clear
