Obtaining Manpower Requisition form from the respective Field Managers.
Identifyingwhetherthe position is a new or replacement to existing employee, Study the job
description, Searching candidates threw from different job portals.
Interview arrangement; Conduct interviews with the Line Managers and Sales & HR GM
through Skype Application.
Maintains of Head count track report.
Taking care of new joinees Pre Medical test process.
Preparing offer letters, Appointment letter, Confirmation letter, Transfer letters.
Reliving and Experience letter.
On Boarding & Induction -
Handling Joining formalities for new employees.
Conducting Induction for new employees.
Employee code creation and updating personal file for employees.
Co-ordinatingforNewjoineeinputswith –ProductManagement Team and transfer of imprest
money with – Finance Department within time line given.
Sending request for I card, Visiting Card, User id request, Laptop (as per requirement).

Checking and Verifying of Final Draft.
Preparationof Bankfilesfornew joinees and sharing with payroll team for further processing.
ProcessingandVerifyingof monthlyfull andfinal settlements,andsendingtheminto finance &
HR team for releasing the cheques.
Verifying F&F details once it is received from payroll team.
Once the cheque received courier it to respective location.
Updation of ffs amount and cheque details into software.
Prepare SOP for Payroll Processing and Full and Final Settlement Process.
Separation Process
Initiate Separation process for resign employee
Co-ordinating for Exit Interview
Responsible for taking all NOC’s from Line Managers for resigned employees and processing
their settlement.
In case of recovery or stockiest recovery, initiated for making adjustment from their final
payable amount with finance team and get it done.
