Job Profile- HR Payroll- from Feb 2016 to till date

 Handlingend to end payroll lifecyclefor offshore and onshore employee for EMEA Countries around
2000 employee.
 Responsibleto take care of the EMEA countries pre and post payroll activities.
 Validatingour payroll inputs and Consultant (ADP ) output fileand analyzingwhich needs to be
considered.
 Authenticate the information and approveon the information changes on SAP Employee Database/
Manage SAP Information changes.
 Generating the monthly payroll reports on SAP related to employee Benefit options and contributions,
reconciliation of the contribution amounts, New Hire report, Leaver report, Movement analysisreport
(FTE reporting), Pensions,different type of leaves (Sabbatical,Sickness,etc).
 Resolvingthe employees’ queries related to Payslips,employee benefit, Leave clubbed with lastworking
days,Foreign Travel request settlement policies over the phone and emails.

Assess the query and apply judgment and outline policy accordingto each situation.Act as the firstpoint

 Working with Payroll Processing Tool,updatingand extractingthe data from the tool as a partof

 Also responsibleof pay slip generation and circulation to the employees.
 HandlingForeign Travel Request settlement and releasingsalary advances /Initial advances for onshore
and offshore employee.
 Preparing variance report/ headcount report and analyzewhich employee to release salary for particular
month.
 Calculatingbasic arrearsif an employee joins after Cutoff date on the basis of Calendar days.
 Responsibleto park and post the entry in SAP System which helps to get the amount in Travel card if
employee moved to onsitewithout foreign bank account.
