    Vacancies as ofSept 17. 2011Territory Sales Representative Education §  College graduate of any course; preferably a Business Administration graduate major in Accounting, Management, Economics, Marketing or other Business related course from a reputable university  Work Experience/Skills §  Fresh graduate or with at least one-year selling experience, preferably obtained from a reputable consumer goods company §  Knows how to drive and possesses a professional driver’s license.  Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines   PURPOSE OF THE JOB §  Principally accountable for the achievement of volume target within his/her assigned territory.  This includes setting targets for key outlets, developing individual and/or shared action plans needed to achieve volume targets with his/her Distributor sales personnel.  §  Key approaches include coordinating or supporting the consistent and effective execution of sales calls (SICM) by Distributor sales personnel in their covered outlets or route.  While principally for the TSR, this covers area/outlet development to generate incremental sales by raising adult consumer preference for and product distribution of our brands in outlets within these areas.  §  TSR will leverage various tools available such as national or local trade programs, adult consumer promotions, adult consumer engagement activities, merchandising materials (TPOSMs, PPOSMs), or utilize 3rd party personnel to expand the deployment of these tools in areas the TSR deem appropriatephilipmorrisjobs@gmail.com
