Description of the Program:
Unilever Management Trainee Program is an offer for ambitious 5th-year
students and graduates who want to do the real business and develop their
leadership and business skills. Participants of this program will begin the
work from the cross-functional Start-up project - now starting in the
MARKETING function - which will last round 9-12 months. The best will
continue the program on the fast track to become manager in our organisation.
Main tasks you will be responsible for:

Republic/Slovakia/Slovenia/ Croatia/ Bosnia-Herzegovina) Marketing Vice
President, therefore has a huge exposure.
- You will be the main contact between Central Europe (CE) Marketing and
CEE Marketing Operations team in our region
- You will be coordinating within the Central Marketing team with regards to
setting up common reporting systems (e.g. Media plan, Budgets monitoring,

managing forums, workshop, etc.
- Project managing and monitoring our IPM process and system, make sure

presentations, invitations and activities connecting to this monthly forum
