ABSTRACT: The main aim of this project is to segment the bleb from human embryonic stem cells (hESC). The behavior of bleb can be used to distinguish apoptotic bleb from the healthy bleb. The health of the human embryonic stem cells can be determined using the portion of bleb formed on the surface of the stem cells. The complete bleb formation contains bleb extraction and retraction. This paper uses the active contour algorithm for the segmentation of bleb from human embryonic stem cells. The output of the segmentation, input video and area of bleb can be used as an input to the optimization process. The cuckoo search algorithm is utilized for optimization, which inspired from the brooding parasitism will enhance the segmentation result. states for the development of new anticancer strategies has been amply demonstrated. However, there
is little or no information in the literature on the problems of reproducibility of data originating from
experiments using 3D models. Our analyses, carried out using a novel open source software capable of
performing an automatic image analysis of 3D tumor colonies, showed that a number of morphology
parameters affect the response of large spheroids to treatment. In particular, we found that both
spheroid volume and shape may be a source of variability. We also compared some commercially
available viability assays specifically designed for 3D models. In conclusion, our data indicate the need
for a pre-selection of tumor spheroids of homogeneous volume and shape to reduce data variability to
a minimum before use in a cytotoxicity test. In addition, we identified and validated a cytotoxicity test
capable of providing meaningful data on the damage induced in large tumor spheroids of up to diameter
in 650 μm by different kinds of treatments.

Tissue Engineering is the development and practice of combining scaffolds, cells, and suitable biochemical factors (regulatory factors or Signals) into functional tissues. The goal of tissue engineering is to assemble functional constructs that restore, maintain, or improve damaged tissues or whole organs.
Cells are the building blocks of tissue, and tissues are the basic unit of function in the body. Generally, groups of cells make and secrete their own support structures, called extracellular matrix. This matrix, or scaffold, does more than just support the cells; it also acts as a relay station for various signaling molecules. Thus, cells receive messages from many sources that become available from the local environment. Each signal can start a chain of responses that determine what happens to the cell. By understanding how individual cells respond to signals, interact with their environment, and organize into tissues and organisms, Tissue Engineers are now able to manipulate these processes to amend damaged tissues or even create new ones.

Reprogramming to pluripotency is possible from adult cells of different tissues and species through the ectopic expression of defined factors. The generated induced Pluripotent Stem Cells (iPSCs) are relevant for various purposes, including disease modeling, drug or toxicity screening and autologous cell therapy. Over the last few years, increased efforts are being made to improve the reprogramming techniques, the efficiency and quality of the generated iPSCs, as well as to identify the best cell source to be reprogrammed. Cells derived from fetal tissues, such as amniotic fluid, placenta and umbilical cord, offer distinct advantages in terms of reprogramming compared to adult somatic cells. Importantly, fetal cells are more primitive, easily achievable in sufficient numbers and are devoid of any ethical concern. They show great plasticity, high proliferation rate, low immunogenity and absence of teratoma formation. Therefore, they can be reprogrammed much faster and more efficiently than adult cells. Here, we provide a comprehensive overview of the advantages of reprogramming fetal sources in comparison to other commonly used cell types.

This presentation was created by Ioanna Leontiou and it is intended as a creative and flexible tool for students on Biological sciences who focus on the chromosome segregation. It is created to facilitate students performing research projects in our lab (especially during Covid restrictions), but it is suitable for every student who wants to learn more about chromosomes and the molecular mechanism controlling chromosome segregation. The presentation includes a generic overview of the cell division, illustrates the chromosome structure and provides molecular details of the spindle assembly checkpoint, an important pathway that ensures high fedility of chromosome segregation through mitosis. It also includes an introduction to some of the molecular biology techniques used in a yeast lab and incoporates some fluorescent microscopy images/videos. Abstract: Adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs), were isolated from discarded human fat tissue, obtained from csection with our recently modified methods, in Stem Cell & Regenerative Medicine Lab, VSBT. Here we develop
two methods to isolate Adipose derived mesenchymal stem cells with enzyme digestion and use of
phosphatidylcholine and deoxycholate. Surface protein expression was analyzed by flow cytometry to
characterize the cell phenotype. The multi-lineage potential of ADSCs was testified by differentiating cells with
adipogenic inducer. ADSCs can be cultured in vitro for up to one month without passage. Also, the flow
cytometry analysis showed that ADSCs expressed high levels of stem cell related surface marker CD105.
ADSCs have strong proliferation ability, maintain their phenotypes, and have stronger multi-differentiation
potential. The molecular basis of ADSC differentiation was studied using bioinformatics tools with an aim to
identify the key proteins involved in differentiation, such that they could be used as potential targets for drug
development for the treatment of obesity. The key proteins involved were found to be PPARG and C/EBPα. The
structures of the proteins were retrieved from MMDB (Molecular Modelling Database) and PDB (Protein Data

ABSTRACT: Fluid Power is widely employed in applications required high loads such as tractors, cranes, and airplanes. In load sensing hydraulic systems, loads are controlled by adjusting a pump-valve arrangement. In this paper, the swash plate pump hydraulic characteristics will be determined, the pump and its fluid gains will be derived to obtain the pump overall transfer function. Firstly, the swash plate pump mechanism is analyzed and its dynamic model is constructed; the pump pressure and flow rate are plotted and the possible improvement is introduced. The load sensing unit parameters such as orifice width, orifice area, maximum passage area, and piston area at X and Y will be examined to identify their influence on the pump characteristics; and the optimum parameters will be introduced. All results are developed and simulated numerically.

The tonnage of generation in Nigeria is expected to soar over the next few years and the exploitation of this renewable energy locked up in urban solid municipal waste into grid energy can be taken advantage off.The heat generated from this incinerated plant can be used to generate electricity which will reduce overdependence on fossil fuel and the use of generator which in turn reduces pollution disposal of this waste is incinerated plant for the production of electricity. Hence, this paper intends to review the nonmunicipal waste potential in Nigeria, evaluate its environment and economic cost, and energy content of municipal solid waste deposits in Nigeria.
A New Two-Dimensional Analytical Model of Small Geometry GaAs MESFETIJMERJOURNAL
ABSTRACT : In this paper, a simple and exact analytical model for Small Geometry GaAs MESFET is developed to determine the potential distribution along the channel of the device. The model is based on the exact solution of two-dimensional Poisson’s equation in the depletion region under the gate. Then the obtained model is used to study the channel potential and threshold voltage of the device. Using the analytical model, the effect of the device parameter and bias conditions on performance of the device is investigated. The obtained results are graphically exhibited and discussed. In order to verification of the analytical results, TCAD device simulator is used and good accordance is observed.

ABSTRACT: Day by day, there is a higher rate of need for accurate automation system to be used in industries and environment monitoring and control. In water treatment plants during the filtration phase, there is a process called backwashing, which particles suspended in the filter basin are removed. in this process the water are forcedly pumped through the filter in upward direction at enough speed to expand the filter media. Therefore, various types of valves used, which are opened and closed in a time sequencing manner. The paper proposed an automation control system for the backwashing process to be initiated and completed automatically using PLC, level sensors and valves installed inside the filter basin. Practically, a control system has been applied which all valves are opened and closed according to wireless signals coming from PLCs on its suitable time. In summary, the control in the process demonstrated that the proposed system is efficient, effective, and able to be reliable. Besides, the results increase the productivity at a low-cost mode.

ABSTRACT”: Customer relationship management is crucial due to the competitive environment. For this reason, it has become a widely implemented strategy across the hotel industry in retaining customers and maintaining good relationships with them. It also promotes customer satisfaction and loyalty which lead to the achievement of competitive business performance. However, due to the ever-increasing competition and the continuous changing customers’ needs in the hotel industry, the ability to achieve customer satisfaction is becoming a major challenge. Using 40 respondents from 20 hotels, this paper, therefore, explores the managers’ perspective into how the application of CRM dimensions impact on the performance of hotels and also examines the relationships between them since studies evaluating their relationships are limited. It studies CRM from the hotels’ perceptive as Guest Services Managers and Marketing Managers were the respondents. This study employed an exploratory research design and quantitative technique. The survey was conducted in New Delhi and simple random sampling was the sampling technique used to select respondents. With the study’s objectives in mind, the developed research hypotheses constructed were tested using multiple regression analysis as the statistical tool. Through the results, it has been revealed that CRM dimensions are positively related to the performance of hotels. Finally, CRM dimensions are highly recommended as a competitive strategic tool to enhance competitiveness.

Study of Part Feeding System for Optimization in Fms & Force Analysis Using M...IJMERJOURNAL
ABSTRACT: This paper describes the development of a flexible and vibratory bowl feeding system which is suitable for use in a flexible manufacturing system. The vibratory bowl feeder for automatic assembly, presents a geometric model of the feeder, and develops force analysis, leading to dynamical modeling of the vibratory feeder. Based on the leaf-spring modeling of the three legs of the symmetrically arranged bowl of the feeder, and equating the vibratory feeder to a three-legged parallel mechanism, the paper reveals the geometric property of the feeder. The effects of the leaf-spring legs are transformed to forces and moments acting on the base and bowl of the feeder. Resultant forces are obtained based upon the coordinate transformation, and the moment analysis is produced based upon the orthogonality of the orientation matrix. This reveals the characteristics of the feeder, that the resultant force is along the z-axis and the resultant moment is about the z direction and further generates the closed-form motion equation.

ABSTRACT: The performance analysis of Shobra El-Khima power plant in Cairo, Egypt is presented based on energy and exergy analysis to determine the causes , the sites with high exergy destruction , losses and the possibilities of improving the plant performance. The performance of the plant was evaluated at different loads (Full, 75% and, 50 %). The calculated thermal efficiency based on the heat added to the steam was found to be 41.9 %, 41.7 %, 43.9% , while the exergetic efficiency of the power cycle was found to be 44.8%, 45.5% and 48.8% at max, 75% and, 50 % load respectively. The condenser was found to have the largest energy losses where (54.3%, 55.1% and 56.3% at max, 75% and, 50 % load respectively) of the added energy to the steam is lost to the environment. The maximum exergy destruction was found to be in the turbine where the percentage of the exergy destruction was found to be (42%, 59% and 46.1% at max, 75% and, 50 % load respectively). The pump was found to have the minimum exergy destruction. It was also found that the exergy destruction in feed water heaters and in the condenser together represents the maximum exergy destruction in the plant (about 52%). This means that the irreversibilities in the heat transfer devices in the plant have a significant role on the exergy destruction. So, it is thought that the improvement in the power plant will be limited due to the heat transfer devices.

ABSTRACT: Proliferation of electronic equipment in commercial and industrial processes has resulted in increasingly sensitive electrical loads to be fed from power distribution system which introduce contamination to voltage and current waveforms at the point of common coupling of industrial loads. The unified power quality conditioner (UPQC) is connected between two different feeders (lines), hence this method of connection of the UPQC is called as Interline UPQC (IUPQC).This paper proposes a new connection for a UPQC to improve the power quality of two feeders in a distribution system. Interline Unified Power Quality Conditioner (IUPQC), specifically aims at the integration of series VSC and Shunt VSC to provide high quality power supply by means of voltage sag/swell compensation, harmonic elimination in a power distribution network, so that improved power quality can be made available at the point of common coupling. The structure, control and capability of the IUPQC are discussed in this paper. The efficiency of the proposed configuration has been verified through simulation using MATLAB/ SIMULINK.

ABSTRACT: The removal of Methylene blue as a synthetic dye from aquatic system was investigated by using vermicompost. The dye concentration, contact time and pH of the solution carried out in the adsorption studies. Batch adsorption experimental data were suitable for the Langmuir isotherm and a very good fit to the second order kinetic model (pH=10). The maximum adsorption capacity calculated 256.66 mg g-1 . Vermicompost and the dye loaded vermicompost were characterized by SEM and FTIR. It was found that the vermicompost is stable without losing their activity.

ABSTRACT: Analytical method for solving homogeneous linear differential equations in chemical kinetics and pharmacokinetics using homotopy perturbation method has been proposed. The mathematical model that depicts the pharmacokinetics is solved. Herein, we report the closed form of an analytical expression for concentrations species for all values of kinetic parameters. These results are compared with numerical results and are found to be in satisfactory agreement. The obtained results are valid for the whole solution domain.

ABSTRAC: Oxy-Hydrogen gas, H2O2, is a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen produced by water electrolysis. In this work, an experimental exploration was carried out in order to study the effect of the addition of oxy-hydrogen gas into inlet air manifold on speed performance characteristics of a diesel engine at different operating conditions. The experimental work was performed on a test rig comprising a four stroke 5.67 liters water-cooled diesel engine and a Heenan hydraulic dynamometer. Instrumentation included devices for measuring engine speed, load, fuel consumption and inlet air flow rate. The measurements were conducted at 1000, 1500, 2000 and 2500 rpm. At each speed, the engine load was adjusted to 20%, 40% and 80% from the engine full load which corresponds to engine brake mean effective pressures of 1.55, 3.11, and 6.22 bar, respectively, for Oxy-hydrogen generator supplied Currents of 26A and electrolyte concentration of 25 %. The fuel saving percentage and so the brake thermal efficiency for the H2O2 enriched CI engine is more evidently seen at low loads and high-speed conditions. the volumetric efficiency drop was about 5 % at small speeds and reaches to about 2% at higher engine speed.

We present an optimal hybrid model among the following combinations: Kalman Filter-Genetic Programming(KF-GP), Kalman Filter-Evolutionary Strategy(KF-ES) and Evolutionary Strategy -Genetic Programming(ES- GP). Our results indicate that the hybrid method involving Kalman Filter-Evolutionary Strategy(KF-ES) is the best model for any investor. Sensitivity analysis was conducted on the model parameters to ascertain the rigidity of the model.

Immunizing Image Classifiers Against Localized Adversary Attacksgerogepatton
This paper addresses the vulnerability of deep learning models, particularly convolutional neural networks
(CNN)s, to adversarial attacks and presents a proactive training technique designed to counter them. We
introduce a novel volumization algorithm, which transforms 2D images into 3D volumetric representations.
When combined with 3D convolution and deep curriculum learning optimization (CLO), itsignificantly improves
the immunity of models against localized universal attacks by up to 40%. We evaluate our proposed approach
using contemporary CNN architectures and the modified Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR-10
and CIFAR-100) and ImageNet Large Scale Visual Recognition Challenge (ILSVRC12) datasets, showcasing
accuracy improvements over previous techniques. The results indicate that the combination of the volumetric
input and curriculum learning holds significant promise for mitigating adversarial attacks without necessitating
adversary training.

The analysis also showed that the flue gas was instead being directed along the sides of the boiler and between the modules that were supposed to capture the heat. This was the cause of the reduced performance.
Based on our results, Tetra Engineering installed covering plates to reduce the bypass flow. This improved the boiler's performance and increased electricity production.

I. INTRODUCTION
Embryonic Stem Cells (ESC) deduced from the inner cell mass (ICMs) of blastocyst, the sperm in the
oocyte can be divided into number of totipotent cells which cannot be differentiated. These cells when enter into
the blastocyst it can be differentiated into number of specialized cells. Embryonic stem cells are the pluripotent
cells that can be derived from the inner cell of mammalian blastocyst. The specialized cells can be further
differentiated to produce more number of stem cells. The word “ES cells” was used to differentiate these
embryo-derived pluripotent cells from teratocarcinoma-derived pluripotent embryonal carcinoma (EC) cells.
Embryonic stem (ES) cells have been recognized from several mammalian species, including mouse,
monkey, and human. It is well established that various signaling pathways, including phosphoinositide 3-kinase
(PI3K)/Akt and Wnt/β-catenin signaling in the maintenance of ES cell pluripotency, and is known about the
signaling pathways, involved in the derivation ES cells from ICMs.Embryonic stem (ES) cells go through
protracted proliferation while remaining composed for multilineage differentiation. A sole network of
transcription factors may illustrate self-renewal and simultaneously suppress differentiation. First, the generation
of mature lineage from ES cells in culture delivers access to populations of initial precursors that are difficult, if
not impossible, to access in vivo. Evaluates of these mutations in vivo are habitually tricky by the early death of
the embryo in utero. Second, the developmental potential of ES cells carrying targeted mutations of genes vital
for embryonic development can be formed in culture.Moreover, under well-defined conditions, embryonic stem
cells are adept of propagating themselves indefinitely. This permits embryonic stem cells to be hired as
beneficial tools for both research and regenerative medicine, as they can yield vast numbers of themselves for
continual research or clinical use.For the reason, of their manipulability and hypothetically boundless capacity
for self-renewal, ES cell therapies have been suggested for regenerative medicine and tissue replacement after
injury or disease.
Our impact of my works are précised as follows: (i) 3x3 median filter is applied to remove noises in
the time lapse videos; (ii) after pre-processing active contour segmentation algorithm is applied for extraction of
blebs from human embryonic stem cells; (iii) to enhance the segmentation result optimization is done using
cuckoo search algorithm.
ABSTRACT: The main aim of this project is to segment the bleb from human embryonic stem cells
(hESC). The behavior of bleb can be used to distinguish apoptotic bleb from the healthy bleb. The health
of the human embryonic stem cells can be determined using the portion of bleb formed on the surface of
the stem cells. The complete bleb formation contains bleb extraction and retraction. This paper uses the
active contour algorithm for the segmentation of bleb from human embryonic stem cells. The output of the
segmentation, input video and area of bleb can be used as an input to the optimization process. The
cuckoo search algorithm is utilized for optimization, which inspired from the brooding parasitism will
enhance the segmentation result. The proposed method attains the quick and accurate analysis in the bleb
extraction process.

II. HUMAN EMBRYONIC STEM CELLS
Human blastocyst-derived, pluripotent cell lines are defined that have common karyotypes, express
extraordinary stages of telomerase movement, and express cell surface indicators that illustrate primate
embryonic stem cells but do not describe other initial lineages. Later identical production in vitro for 4 to 5
months, these cells quiet preserved the growing potential to form trophoblast and derivatives of all three
embryonic germ layers, including gut epithelium (endoderm); cartilage, bone, smooth muscle, and striated
muscle (mesoderm); and neural epithelium, embryonic ganglia, and stratified squamous epithelium (ectoderm).
These cell lines ought to be beneficial in human developmental biology, drug discovery, and transplantation
therapies for diseases ranging from heart disease to Parkinson's disease to leukemia.

Generation of human embryonic stem cell (hESC) lines involves several steps. Donor embryos are first
acquired subsequently in vitro fertilization or by egg activation (parthenogenetic embryos) and permitted to
progress in vitro. Pluripotent cells are then isolated either from the inner cell mass of pre‐implantation
blastocysts or from 4, 8, or 16 – cell stage morulae. Finally, isolated cells are plated in distinct hESC medium
with or without feeder cell layers to propagate and choose for pluripotent cell populations. These procedures
have given rise in hESC lines able to produce tissues from all three embryonic germ layers and the germ line.
III. BLEBBING OF HUMAN EMBRYONIC STEM CELLS
Blebs are bulges that seem and vanish from the surface of cells. The mining of blebs and their altering
area over time in live videos is vital for understanding the mechanisms and purpose of human embryonic stem
cell (hESC) blebbingbehavior. The behaviour of blebbing can be used to weigh, cell health dynamic blebs
specify healthy cells and apoptotic blebs show dying cells. The capability to examine rates of bleb expansion
and retraction are significant in the field of toxicology and might form the base of an assay that hinge on a
functional cytoskeleton.
The biologists effort to elucidate the dissimilarity between healthy and dying cell blebbings in hESC by
equating the time of their occurrences. Blebbing is considered to be associated to signalling pathways. It is
noteworthy for biologists to have adequate indication to govern whether Calcium, P2_ 7 and ATP inhibitors can
converse the behaviour of blebbing through the Rho-Rock Pathway or not. Inhibitors can adjust
blebbingbehavior by either hindering the pathway leading to myosin activation or constrain myosin directly.
The bleb enlarges due to cytoplasmic pressure until polymerization of actin underneath the sheath reduces
bleb development and can ultimately cause bleb retraction. Hence blebs are diverse from other cellular
protrusions, such as lamellipodia or filopodia where the membrane is pushed onward by actin filament
polymerization. Bleb formation is well-known to happen during apoptosis, but is experiential in dynamic
cells during cytokinesis, migration and spreading. Even though non-apoptotic blebbing has been informed in
stem cells, no preceding studies have inspected the biomechanics of bleb formation in stem cells.
Factors
Figure 3 shows the sequences of both bleb expansion and retraction. Two separate phases make up the
lifespan of a bleb, each of which has their own biology and physics. During expansion, bleb size rises, while cell

physique size reduces which lasts;30s. In contrast, during bleb retraction, bleb size reduces while cell body size
grows, which lasts;2 min. The intermediate bleb specifies that switches from expansion to retraction are
occurring. The intermediate bleb has the full bleb size in complete bleb formation procedures.

IV. ACTIVE CONTOUR
Active contours or snakes are used broadly for image processing and segmentation applications, mainly
to trace object boundaries.It can attain the segmentation results near to the object contours, which can be
appropriately used for analysis and recognition of the object shape. The active contours exploit numerous types
of previous knowledge, such as intensity distribution information of the image, information about the boundary
shape, and texture information, to attain accurate results for object boundaries in image analysis.
It can be characterized as region-based models or edge-based models. Edge-based segmentation seems
for breaks in the image intensity. Region-based segmentation seems for homogeneity within a sub-region; under
desired property, e.g. intensity, color, and texture. Instinctive interpretation of images is a very tough problem in
computer vision. Numerous ways are developed in past decade to enhance the segmentation performance in
computer vision. Our approach is based in the active contour algorithm with the region based segmentation.

V. CUCKOO SEARCH ALGORITHM
Cuckoo search is an optimization algorithm, which is inspired from brooding parasitism of cuckoo
species in nature with of Lévy flight behaviour. It is used to resolve structural optimization problem. Two

important features as follows: 1) Intensification, 2) Diversification. Intensification expects to examine about
current best solution and choose the best applicants or results. Diversification makes define that the algorithm
can discover the search space more effectively, by randomization.Cuckoo Search is a metaheuristic algorithm
developed by Yang and Deb. Heuristic is an optimization technique intended for resolving a problem hurriedly
when conventional approaches are too slow, or when it cannot find the exact solution. Metaheuristic
optimization is a genetic algorithm and heuristic is the application.
Cuckoo search algorithm is better than other algorithm such as PSO and GA by solving the problem in
a quick manner, resolving larger problem, attaining robust algorithm and a small number of parameters are
required for fine tuning. The female cuckoo relies on the other host birds to raise their young. If the eggs of the
cuckoo in the host bird nest are revealed, the host bird may throw away or her nest will be abended and raise her
own brood somewhere else. In the CS algorithm, each egg in the host bird nest characterizes a solution, and a
cuckoo egg signifies a new solution. If a new solution is better than nest available, it will replace the worst one.
If there is a large search space, Levy flight are typically supplementary efficient. It is a distance approach could
optimize efficient search under definite condition and the undertaking parameter are firmed by the power law.
Law of Lévy flight revealed that random-walk style search is better implemented rather than simple random
walk.
Three rules of the CS algorithm are defined as follows:
1) One egg is laid by each cuckoo at one time and randomly the nest has been chosen to dump their egg.
2) High quality of egg can be moved on to the further generation with the better nest.
3) The integer of existing host nests is stationed, and the cuckoo eggs are learned with a probability pa ∈(0, 1)
of the host bird.
VI. IMPLEMENTATION RESULT
The video frames are phase contrast images. Each video was captured using 2 x objectives with
512x512 resolutions. Each video frame is acquired at 0.1 seconds time interval. The input video is shown in
figure.

The command window gives information about the video format; here 25 frames were obtained per interval. The
video is acquired in color format which is not effective for image processing. HSV is very useful in image
processing applications. The color information is typically noisy than the HSV information. Henceforth RGB
can be altered into HSV.
Median filter is applied to clean the image from acquisition noise.

Region based active contour is used for extraction of blebs from human embryonic stem cells. The
automatic changes in the topology of the image during the progression of the curve can be efficiently deal by
this method. The image displays the thin white line which indicates the area of bleb region.

The optimization is a technique which enhances the quality of segmentation result. Cuckoo Search algorithm is
applied on the segmentation result to find out the area of bleb region exactly.

VI. CONCLUSION
The bio-optimized segmentation methods have better performances than their conventional
counterparts. With the bio-inspired optimization metric, low performance due to over-segmentation is reduced.
A new concept that the bleb formation/retraction process can be used as a biological indicator of cell health.
Healthy cells retract their blebs back to the cell body, while non-healthy cells do not retract them or retract them
slowly. Bleb area detection by active contour segmentation followed by cuckoo search optimization is
implemented. The method yields high true positive rate white it gives low false positive rate. The method also
matches the trend of the ground truth experiment closely. To improve the accuracy further, it is necessary to
investigate into getting more frames per second to establish inter frame relationship for detecting small tiny bleb
regions.
