The Cuboid House project is a 21,000 square foot single family home in New Delhi, India designed by Amit Khanna Design Associates. Amit Khanna is the principal designer, who graduated from the School of Planning and Architecture in New Delhi in 2002 and owns his own multi-disciplinary design firm. Construction began in February 2011 and was completed in October 2012.

2. The facades are puctuated with unusable 3 ft.
balconies and large expanses of inoperable glass
with little or no protection from the climate .

overhangs protect the apartment from the severe
climate.

5. Parking is maximised at street level
6. Natural light well illuminates the living space.
