Sentimental analysis is a context based mining of text, which extracts and identify subjective information from a text or sentence provided. Here the main concept is extracting the sentiment of the text using machine learning techniques such as LSTM Long short term memory . This text classification method analyses the incoming text and determines whether the underlined emotion is positive or negative along with probability associated with that positive or negative statements. Probability depicts the strength of a positive or negative statement, if the probability is close to zero, it implies that the sentiment is strongly negative and if probability is close to1, it means that the statement is strongly positive. Here a web application is created to deploy this model using a Python based micro framework called flask. Many other methods, such as RNN and CNN, are inefficient when compared to LSTM. In this study, we investigate the effectiveness of pre-trained word embeddings for sentiment analysis on a real-world topic, namely Brexit. We compare the performance of several popular word embedding models such global vectors for word representation (GloVe), FastText, word to vec (word2vec), and embeddings from language models (ELMo) on a dataset of tweets related to Brexit and evaluate their ability to classify the sentiment of the tweets as positive, negative, or neutral. We find that pre-trained word embeddings provide useful features for sentiment analysis and can significantly improve the performance of machine learning models. evaluate four sentiment classifiers, namely support vector machines (SVMs),
Naive Bayes (NB), logistic regression (LR) and random forest (RF). We
quantify the quality of each of these models using three real-world datasets
that comprise 50,000 movie reviews, 10,662 sentences, and 300 generic
movie reviews. Specifically, we study the impact of a variety of natural
language processing (NLP) pipelines on the quality of the predicted
sentiment orientations. Additionally, we measure the impact of incorporating
lexical semantic knowledge captured by WordNet on expanding original
words in sentences. Findings demonstrate that the utilizing different NLP
pipelines and semantic relationships impacts the quality of the sentiment
analyzers. In particular, results indicate that coupling lemmatization and
knowledge-based n-gram features proved to produce higher accuracy results.
With this coupling, the accuracy of the SVM classifier has improved to
90.43%, while it was 86.83%, 90.11%, 86.20%, respectively using the three
other classifiers.

This paper presents a comprehensive exploration of graph embedding techniques for sentiment analysis. The objective of this study is to enhance the accuracy of sentiment analysis models by leveraging the rich contextual relationships between words in text data. We investigate the application of graph embedding in the context of sentiment analysis, focusing on it is effectiveness in capturing the semantic and syntactic information of text. By representing text as a graph and employing graph embedding techniques, we aim to extract meaningful insights and improve the performance of sentiment analysis models. To achieve our goal, we conduct a thorough comparison of graph embedding with traditional word embedding and simple embedding layers. In sentiment analysis, the polarities of the opinions expressed on an object/feature are determined to assess the sentiment of a sentence or document whether it is positive/negative/neutral. Naturally, the object/feature is a noun representation which refers to a product or a component of a product, let’s say, the "lens" in a camera and opinions emanating on it are captured in adjectives, verbs, adverbs and noun words themselves. Apart from such words, other meta-information and diverse effective features are also going to play an important role in influencing the sentiment polarity and contribute significantly to the performance of the system. In this paper, some of the associated information/meta-data are explored and investigated in the sentiment text. Based on the analysis results presented here, there is scope for further assessment and utilization of the meta-information as features in text categorization, ranking text document, identification of spam documents and polarity classification problems.
NBLex: emotion prediction in Kannada-English code-switchtext using naïve baye...IJECEIAES
Emotion analysis is a process of identifying the human emotions derived from the various data sources. Emotions can be expressed either in monolingual text or code-switch text. Emotion prediction can be performed through machine learning (ML), or deep learning (DL), or lexicon-based approach. ML and DL approaches are computationally expensive and require training data. Whereas, the lexicon-based approach does not require any training data and it takes very less time to predict the emotions in comparison with ML and DL. In this paper, we proposed a lexicon-based method called non-binding lower extremity exoskeleton (NBLex) to predict the emotions associated with Kannada-English code-switch text that no one has addressed till now. We applied the One-vs-Rest approach to generate the scores for lexicon and also to predict the emotions from the code-switch text. The accuracy of the proposed model NBLex (87.9%) is better than naïve bayes (NB) (85.8%) and bidirectional long short-term memory neural network (BiLSTM) (84.7%) and for true positive rate (TPR), the NBLex (50.6%) is better than NB (37.0%) and BiLSTM (42.2%). From our approach, it is observed that a simple additive model (lexicon approach) can also be an alternative model to predict the emotions in code-switch text.

Opinion mining, also known as sentiment analysis, is a subfield of natural language processing (NLP) that focuses on identifying and extracting subjective information in textual material. This can include determining the overall sentiment of a piece of text (e.g., positive or negative), as well as identifying specific emotions or opinions expressed in the text, that involves the use of advanced machine and deep learning techniques. Recently, transformer-based language models make this task of human emotion analysis intuitive, thanks to the attention mechanism and parallel computation. These advantages make such models very powerful on linguistic tasks, unlike recurrent neural networks that spend a lot of time on sequential processing, making them prone to fail when it comes to processing long text. The scope of our paper aims to study the behaviour of the cutting-edge Transformer-based language models on opinion mining and provide a high-level comparison between them to highlight their key particularities. Additionally, our comparative study shows leads and paves the way for production engineers regarding the approach to focus on and is useful for researchers as it provides guidelines for future research subjects.

Human-computer interactions benefit greatly from emotion recognition from speech. To promote a contact-free environment in this coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID’19) pandemic situation, most digitally based systems used speech-based devices. Consequently, this emotion detection from speech has many beneficial applications for pathology. The vast majority of speech emotion recognition (SER) systems are designed based on machine learning or deep learning models. Therefore, need greater computing power and requirements. This issue was addressed by developing traditional algorithms for feature selection. Recent research has shown that nature-inspired or evolutionary algorithms such as equilibrium optimization (EO) and cuckoo search (CS) based meta-heuristic approaches are superior to the traditional feature selection (FS) models in terms of recognition performance. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of feature selection meta-heuristic approaches on emotion recognition from speech. To achieve this, we selected the rayerson audio-visual database of emotional speech and song (RAVDESS) database and obtained maximum recognition accuracy of 89.64% using the EO algorithm and 92.71% using the CS algorithm. ontology based data integration system. This similarity measurement algorithm can be used in ontology
mapping and query service of ontology based data integration system. In this paper, we focus on the web
query service to apply this proposed algorithm. Concepts similarity is important for web query service
because the words in user input query are not same wholly with the concepts in ontology. So, we need to
extract the possible concepts that are match or related to the input words with the help of machine readable
dictionary WordNet. Sometimes, we use the generated mapping rules in query generation procedure for
some words that cannot be confirmed the similarity of these words by WordNet. We prove the effect of this

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of feature selection meta-heuristic approaches on emotion recognition from speech. To achieve this, we selected the rayerson audio-visual database of emotional speech and song (RAVDESS) database and obtained maximum recognition accuracy of 89.64% using the EO algorithm and 92.71% using the CS algorithm. Social media communication is evolving more in these days. Social networking site is being rapidly increased in recent years, which provides platform to connect people all over the world and share their interests. The conversation and the posts available in social media are unstructured in nature. So sentiment analysis will be a challenging work in this platform. These analyses are mostly performed in machine learning techniques which are less accurate than neural network methodologies. This paper is based on sentiment classification using Competitive layer neural networks and classifies the polarity of a given text whether the expressed opinion in the text is positive or negative or neutral. It determines the overall topic of the given text. Context independent sentences and implicit meaning in the text are also considered in polarity classification.

This paper presents the similarity measurement algorithm for domain specific terms collected in the
ontology based data integration system. This similarity measurement algorithm can be used in ontology
mapping and query service of ontology based data integration system. In this paper, we focus on the web
query service to apply this proposed algorithm. Concepts similarity is important for web query service
because the words in user input query are not same wholly with the concepts in ontology. So, we need to
extract the possible concepts that are match or related to the input words with the help of machine readable
dictionary WordNet. Sometimes, we use the generated mapping rules in query generation procedure for
some words that cannot be confirmed the similarity of these words by WordNet. We prove the effect of this
algorithm with two degree semantic result of web mining by generating the concepts results obtained form
the input query.

CFD analysis is incredibly effective at solving mysteries and improving the performance of complex systems!
Here's a great example: At a large natural gas-fired power plant, where they use waste heat to generate steam and energy, they were puzzled that their boiler wasn't producing as much steam as expected.
R&R and Tetra Engineering Group Inc. were asked to solve the issue with reduced steam production.
An inspection had shown that a significant amount of hot flue gas was bypassing the boiler tubes, where the heat was supposed to be transferred.
R&R Consult conducted a CFD analysis, which revealed that 6.3% of the flue gas was bypassing the boiler tubes without transferring heat. The analysis also showed that the flue gas was instead being directed along the sides of the boiler and between the modules that were supposed to capture the heat. This was the cause of the reduced performance.
Based on our results, Tetra Engineering installed covering plates to reduce the bypass flow. This improved the boiler's performance and increased electricity production.

A hierarchical digital twin of a Naval DC power system has been developed and experimentally verified. Similar to other state-of-the-art digital twins, this technology creates a digital replica of the physical system executed in real-time or faster, which can modify hardware controls. However, its advantage stems from distributing computational efforts by utilizing a hierarchical structure composed of lower-level digital twin blocks and a higher-level system digital twin. Each digital twin block is associated with a physical subsystem of the hardware and communicates with a singular system digital twin, which creates a system-level response. By extracting information from each level of the hierarchy, power system controls of the hardware were reconfigured autonomously. This hierarchical digital twin development offers several advantages over other digital twins, particularly in the field of naval power systems. The hierarchical structure allows for greater computational efficiency and scalability while the ability to autonomously reconfigure hardware controls offers increased flexibility and responsiveness. The hierarchical decomposition and models utilized were well aligned with the physical twin, as indicated by the maximum deviations between the developed digital twin hierarchy and the hardware.
