additional information about the documentary, this again can be
creative. The slogans are conventionally the largest text on the

font display usually follows a block colour scheme to make it
easier to read.
3. Creative and striking way to present the
documentary, using clowns as soldiers
relating to the Documentary title “Iraq:
The Bloody Circus”.
Dark, ambient lighting contrasting the
“comical” tone of the clowns to show the
seriousness of the topic. Also brings out
the opposing colours highlighting the
More4 logo and the colours of the hair of
the clowns and the fire.
Channel branding clearly noticeable to
show the audience what channel it will be
aired on.
Clear white text to make it easy to read.
4. • Again, one very striking image of a man
falling down the side of the obvious
WorldTrade Centre which a notoriously
devastating image.
• The image has been carefully edited for
the slogan to overlap the head of the
victim to not push the extreme
boundaries of advertising.
• The background and image itself is a
dull grey, black and white contrast
which highlights the block colours, red
and white, of the slogan, scheduling
information and Channel logo to
emphasise the key information.
