This document is a project proposal from GTEC International Inc. for using a coal-fired steam/hot water boiler. It recommends replacing an existing bunker/diesel-fired steam boiler with a higher capacity coal/biomass boiler from ZOZEN Boiler, which would save on fuel costs. SUMMARY OF THE OPTION
It was recommended to replace the existing bunker/diesel-fired steam boiler with a ZOZEN coal/biomass
fired steam boiler and get big savings in fuel cost.
The option to spend for maintenance may not be implemented immediately because existing boiler will
be replaced.
Structural
Building for Boiler and storage of coal will occupy more or less 500 square meters @ P 8,000.00/square
meters. Ventilated roof structure with perimeter wall (Bare - without electrical works, excluding
foundation works for the boiler and others.
250 square meters for the steam boiler including ductings, pipes, scrubber, etc.
150 square meters for coal storage
