psychologist, counselling.

between Coach and Client

Changing, Joyful Conversation

3. Is Not Consulting
•Consultants use their experiences to help clients
on moving forward
•Coach believes clients can build up on their own
experiences and take steps to move forward

4. Is Not Mentoring
•Mentors are from the same field
•Has experience, knowledge and older
•Responsibility of success lies with Mentor

5. Is Not Therapy
•Therapy looks at the past and subscribe pillsand
injections
•Medicines are allowed to take care

6. Coaching is about
•Be non-judgmental at all times
•Questioning with curiosity
•Listen with intent to understand client
•No advise, unless asked for
•Help client reach goal, faster
