Challenging situation are the
reason for development of power.
Unless you are challenged we do
not push our self to work hard.
Challenges help us to believe in our
self.
Challenges can double our
experience.
6. Job satisfaction
Success and satisfaction are both required for
happiness.
A person may have external success but unless he
has internal satisfaction he will not be able to
enjoy life as he should.
When you are internally satisfied then your
efficiency automatically increases.
Fine proportion of external and internal success
leads to happy enjoyable life.
7. Assistants not work to
expectation
I first of all try to understand them.
I try to analyze his problem.
I be friendly with them.
I give them training about their Subject.
First make him teach the basics required to attain
the desired solution.
I develop a positive work and Friendly
environment.
8. Contribution to Institute
I sense to any query to all of my students.
I give same importance and attention to all
students.
I try to solve all difficulty of my students.
I am committed to the institute success.
9. Short term and long term vision
Short term vision:
Stability of family.
Help the students, whom really needs the help
Long term vision:
Make a Educated society and increase literacy.
