Mobile-first is a simple idea with big implications: digital products should be designed for mobile first. Not the other way around.

The use of online games and virtual worlds is becoming increasingly prominent, particularly in children and young adults. Parents have concerns about risks their children might encounter in these online spaces. Parents dynamically manage the boundaries between safe and unsafe spaces online through both explicit and implicit means. In this work, we use empirical data gathered from a digital ethnography of a Minecraft server, Autcraft, to explore how parents of children with autism continually create a “safe” virtual world through both implicit and explicit means. In particular, we demonstrate how their actions in these spaces define and produce “safety,” shedding light on our theoretical understanding of child safety in online spaces.

It is very difficult for them to manage their education and learning process. According to recent study it has been found that over 200+ million blind people and visually impaired people are there and the number is growing. so the user have develop a learning application in which a blind or visually impaired student can study on their own without including third party in it. The student will be able to separately operate the application. Here they will be able to study various subjects of their choice, they will be able to take their own notes, and also take tests on the subject. The prime goal of this application is to solve the problem of the blind students regarding their education or studying pattern. Here they will be able to move the cursor anywhere on the desktop and the text will be dictated in the human synthesized AI voice using TTS conversion. They can easily make notes by simply dictating their points to the system, and the system will be convert into text format and also we can listened to it in an audio format. Once the learning part is done, and the student have to revise the particular topic then he/she can give test on that topic by using hand gestures. So here the system will help the visually impaired/blind student to learn and operate the system independently and also they will be able to use it as per their suitable time preference. So, the system is developed to resolve the problem of students being dependent on the third party in their studies and to increase their interest in studies. Hence, not only blind people but also other handicapped people will be able to use this application.

RESULTS: Overall life span (LS) was 2252.1±1742.5 days and cumulative 5-year survival (5YS) reached 73.2%, 10 years – 64.8%, 20 years – 42.5%. 513 LCP lived more than 5 years (LS=3124.6±1525.6 days), 148 LCP – more than 10 years (LS=5054.4±1504.1 days).199 LCP died because of LC (LS=562.7±374.5 days). 5YS of LCP after bi/lobectomies was significantly superior in comparison with LCP after pneumonectomies (78.1% vs.63.7%, P=0.00001 by log-rank test). AT significantly improved 5YS (66.3% vs. 34.8%) (P=0.00000 by log-rank test) only for LCP with N1-2. Cox modeling displayed that 5YS of LCP significantly depended on: phase transition (PT) early-invasive LC in terms of synergetics, PT N0—N12, cell ratio factors (ratio between cancer cells- CC and blood cells subpopulations), G1-3, histology, glucose, AT, blood cell circuit, prothrombin index, heparin tolerance, recalcification time (P=0.000-0.038). Neural networks, genetic algorithm selection and bootstrap simulation revealed relationships between 5YS and PT early-invasive LC (rank=1), PT N0—N12 (rank=2), thrombocytes/CC (3), erythrocytes/CC (4), eosinophils/CC (5), healthy cells/CC (6), lymphocytes/CC (7), segmented neutrophils/CC (8), stick neutrophils/CC (9), monocytes/CC (10); leucocytes/CC (11). Correct prediction of 5YS was 100% by neural networks computing (area under ROC curve=1.0; error=0.0).
CONCLUSIONS: 5YS of LCP after radical procedures significantly depended on: 1) PT early-invasive cancer; 2) PT N0--N12; 3) cell ratio factors; 4) blood cell circuit; 5) biochemical factors; 6) hemostasis system; 7) AT; 8) LC characteristics; 9) LC cell dynamics; 10) surgery type: lobectomy/pneumonectomy; 11) anthropometric data. Optimal diagnosis and treatment strategies for LC are: 1) screening and early detection of LC; 2) availability of experienced thoracic surgeons because of complexity of radical procedures; 3) aggressive en block surgery and adequate lymph node dissection for completeness; 4) precise prediction; 5) adjuvant chemoimmunoradiotherapy for LCP with unfavorable prognosis.
3. Interactive environments Computer tools function in a controlled environment with little distractions whereas traditional education tools employ real world environments. Real world environments make tasks more difficult for children with autism, since they usually require rapid and flexible thinking. Interactive computer environments are able to provide the same set of conditions consistently; they are an attractive option for educating children with autism.
4. Interactive environments What is Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)? Computer systems function in a controlled environment with minimal distractions. Children with autism may feel “safe” when interacting with a computer, which promotes a positive experience. Computers also make it very easy for teachers and parents to monitor the autistic child’s progress. How do interactive environments work? Various interactive environments have been developed for the rehabilitation of children with autism. These environments are mostly introduced by means of software educational platforms. In order to provide knowledge in an ‘attractive’ way, these platforms use entertainment content in educational settings (edutainment). Photos or animated pictures/videos of daily life objects are presented on a computer monitor to encourage individuals with autism to distinguish objects based on their size, color and type. These photos can motivate children to correlate the objects with sounds and words. The platforms are usually supported by verbal and visual guidance in order to minimize the role of a monitoring teacher. What are Virtual Environments (VEs)? VEs offer safe, realistic-looking 3-dimensional (3D) scenarios that can be built to depict everyday social scenarios. One of the most important aspects of VEs used by individuals with autism in educational settings is their level of enjoyment; autistic individuals, especially children, are more interested in interacting with computers than with toys.
