In the case of the National Trust for Historical Preservation (this will be referred to
in the future as NTHP in this paper), the concept is reflected in their decision to
break away from government funding. Because Congress had designated them as a
trust, they had a large portion of their budget in their hands, about a fifth. When
budgeting constraints began to be too close for comfort, the NTHP was done dealing
with Congress. They were done being lobbyists on our own behalf (Adelman, 2005)
and wanted to do more with what resources they had from other grants and
memberships. This interaction of revenue stream and priorities came to a confluence

The purpose of this policy shall be to outline the general rules and procedures of
referenda and plebiscites. The BUCSC strives to ensure to the best of its abilities
fairness and equity between parties and the process are upheld. This comes with the
understanding that situations may occur outside of the bylaws scope of jurisdiction
and control. Referenda can be susceptible to outside influences and external actors.
1.0DEFINITIONS
1.01By Laws means the By Laws relating to the transactions and affairs of the

to the Caliciviridae family. The genus Norovirus has only one species known as the

I will be providing information from three articles. The three articles I have chosen
are about the shooter of the Las Vegas shooting on the country music festival that
happened on the night of October 1, 2017. From what we have been told by the
media, the shooting that happened during the concert was from the Mandalay Bay
Hotel window just across the street from the concert. The aftereffects of the concert
left about 500 people injured and almost 60 people killed, which includes himself.
