The main problems between this group of people is their opinions about slave
trade. The British government s insistence on keeping slave trade is one of the main
causes of Virginia s separation from Great Britain (73). The merchants, of course, did

Abstract In multiple input multiple output (MIMO) systems, spatial demultiplexing
at the receiver is a motivational task. Thus, several detection techniques are
investigated in existing literature. There is a tradeoff between computational
complexity and optimal performance in many detection techniques. The ordered
successive interference cancellation (OSIC) with minimum mean square error
(MMSE) is used to improve the error performance. However, maximum likelihood
(ML) detection gives optimal performance at the higher complexity level whereas
MMSE OSIC detection is less complex. Therefore, MMSE OSIC2 detection is
suggested as a solution. In this paper, spatial multiplexed (SM) MIMO systems are
considered to evaluate error performance with different detection techniques such as
MMSE OSIC, ML and MMSE OSIC2 in a composite fading i.e. Weibull gamma
(WG) fading environment. In WG distribution, Weibull and gamma distribution
represent multipath and shadowing effects respectively. It is shown by simulation
results that the MMSE OSIC2 detection technique gives the improved symbol error
performance (SER) which is closely likely ML performance

For example, a fiduciary relationship exist between two parties, when a party expects
the other to act for him in such a manner as he would act in absolute honesty,
faithfulness and diligence, not minding the fact that he is acting for someone else. If
he cannot steal his personal money, then he cannot steal the money put in his care.
Common law provides quite a number of duties of a director to a company, however,
only few of them relates with insider dealings. Some of these duties include:
The duty to act bonafide in the Company s interest.
A director is expected to act honestly, diligently and faithfully in the best interest of

of the company to a director may differ from the shareholders view. In the case of
Park v. Daily Times Ltd., the court held that the directors had acted improperly and

Importance Of Independence Day In Kenya
Africa is an immense country, with one of the most diverse cultures. Kenya is a part
of that diversity. Being there are hundreds of tribes and languages in Kenya, one
would say they each have their own culture. Kenya gained its own independence, and
celebrates with festivals and traditions. Kenyan culture is vast: their language, foods,

Dubliners By James Joyce s Dubliners
In James Joyce s Dubliners, the reader experiences the different lives of Dublin s
inhabitants. Each Dubliner has different problems, fears, hopes, and dreams, which
allows culminates into many different perspectives. Joyce masterfully writes the daily
lives of these people without any romanticism. The Dublinersstories are a small
snippet into their full lives, while the reader does not get the full story, he does not
need to. Not much may seem to happen in the stories, but profound themes and
messages are hidden beneath the words. In the story An Encounter, a group of
boys imagine they are in the Wild West, while staging mock battles of cowboys vs.
Indians. The story includes many encounters that present themselves as ordinary;
however this is far from true. In fact, the story is largely commentating on often

boys, Leo Dillon, is scolded by Father Butler for reading The Half Penny Marvel.
Father Butler considers the comic as nonsense and tells Leo that his Roman
History is far more cultured and important (Joyce 12). A religious figure like
Father Butler is common among Joyce s works, as he has always shown contempt
for religion. In a sense, Father Butler creates structure for the boys, but it is

IV prevalence data is critical for planning and implementation of programmes within
the National Response. The data is useful for understanding the magnitude of the HIV
/ AIDS problem and for monitoring the impact of interventions. Generation of HIV
prevalence data is done using UNAIDS/WHO recommended methods. As in other
countries with generalized HIV epidemics, the estimates of HIV prevalence in Ghana
is primarily based on sentinel surveillance among pregnant women attending
Antenatal Care (ANC) clinics and a national population based survey that includes
HIV testing. It is recognized that both sentinel surveillance and population based

surveys each have strengths and weaknesses but together provide complementary
information. Sentinel surveillance provides samples that are consistent over time so
that good estimates of HIV trends can be obtained. Population based surveys, on the

Reading the Past In Reading the Past, Ian Hodder argues that Processual, or New,
Archaeology is flawed and that we must look at approaches used before its adoption
and integrate parts of those approaches into the study of archaeology. He points out
that Symbols in Action helped him to develop three ideas regarding how to do this.
First, we must consider that material culture has meaning. Second, that the individual
is important to the development of theory in archaeology; and finally that archaeology
is most closely related to history and should consider that in its approach. In looking
at meaning in material culture Hodder brings up how ethnographic work showed that,
contrary to previous belief, interaction between cultures could actually lead to a more
marked difference in their pottery styles. He also referenced burial practices and
refuse buildup, and how they differ based on cultural beliefs of death and dirt,
respectively. He also goes on ton argue that the material culture is not solely an
adaptation to the environment, but also depended upon the culture that produces it.

Georg Ferdinand Ludwig Philipp Cantor was born on March 3, 1845 in Saint
Petersburg, Russia. His father, Georg Waldemar Cantor, was a successful
merchant working as a wholesaling agent, then later found another job as a broker
in the St. Petersburg Stock Exchange. Georg s father was born in Denmark and had
a deep passion for culture and arts. His mother, Maria Anna BГ¶hm, was from
Russia and very musical. Georg inherited his love for music and arts from his
parents, considering he was a wonderful violinist. Georg was brought up as
Protestant, which was his father s religion, but his mother was a Roman Catholic.
Georg had a private tutor for a while until he attended a primary school in St.

A Dutch man, Hendrik Niclaes, has been credited with the foundation of the Family
of Love. It is difficult to find details of Niclaes life, such as specific dates and
location of pivotal events. Yet it is thought that Niclaes is born around 1502. Though
the exact date and location is unknown it is known that Niclaes preoccupation with
religion began with the parents he was born to. His parents were devout Christians
and as he grew older Niclaes began to ask questions about his faith, which his father
found difficult to answer.
When Niclaes was approximately eight years of age he and his father engaged in a
discussion about what the Passion of Jesus Christ really meant for Christians. For
Niclaes, he could not under stand if Jesus had died to atone for the sins of
humanity, why at that point was humanity not sinless. When his father was unable
to answer his son s questions with any degree of satisfaction they consulted a
spiritual advisor, who was an Observant Franciscan friar. After the boy, Niclaes,
and the friar had a talk the friar was reputedly moved by Niclaes. He was fascinated
with the boys solemnity and, much like the boys father, was unsure of how to

First, every variety of heroes must have honor. Honor is important because all
heroes go through times or dangerous situations in which they don t always do

saves lives, yet he does not require anything in return. Meanwhile, there is a mad
newspaper writer named Jonah Jameson that is infuriated with him and believes he
is a fake. Jameson has all the power he needs; he works at a newspaper company
