  • 2. Table of Contents  Vision  Role  Qualifications  Evolution  Road Map  Next Steps Note: This entire process is iterative and interactive. Each step may be revisited and reviewed several times individually and as a team until a plan is created
  • 3. Vision  What is the last working role you have 24 hours before you retire (last role)?  Your dream, what will make you happy  Limitless, assume no roadblocks  Assume you acquired all necessary skills, and experience  You may have more than one end state  You may already be there !
  • 4. Role  What type of organization will your last role be working for?  Small, mid, large organization? Entrepreneur?  Industry sector? Technology vs. business?  Consulting versus Product?  What would be your role in that organization?  Founder?  Strategic thinker?  Corporate Development?  Human resource development?  Tech guru?
  • 5. Qualifications  What qualifications are required for your last role?  Consider all types of qualifications, skills, and experience required  Could be written as a job description  Be as detailed as possible  May require research into the role (including discussions with individuals currently in that role)  Accuracy is important  Document your current qualifications, skills, and experience  Identify the GAPS in qualifications between current and last role
  • 6. Evolution  What would be a role evolution from your current role to your last role? And what would be the time parameters?  Consider several possible role transitions  Be as detailed as possible  May require research (including discussions with individuals currently in your last role)  Accuracy is not important, as the described path is one of many possible paths
  • 7.
