Production Manager
Charged with the leadership and supervision of 20 - 40 team members. Team
management to ensure sales floor organization, safety and efficiency. Training of production
team on the pricing of used goods, floor, back room safety, guarantees team members ability to
deliver their quotas of production on a daily, weekly and period basis to maintain and beat all
sales records. Coordinates all team members schedules. Constant communication and
relationship building with key recycle vendors to ensure timely pick-up of product. Weekly
analysis of sales reports to change production goals based on customer demands. Interview
and hire as well as charged with the dismissal of all level team members and supervisors.
Focus on creating a culture of teamwork to maintain moral and high level results in peak
