• Utilization of monitoring software and ticketing systems to provide customer support
• Design, deploy and maintain x86-based hardware components including, Dell Power Edge 2850/2950, DL380,
Gen 9, WCS blade servers,HP DL380, BL460c, Cisco UCS BL200, and C240
