Description : I am working with QuintilesIMS in Cloud Infrastructure Operations Team as Infrastructure Cloud
Support Analyst. vCloud to build, maintain, deployment the Enterprise applications.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Cloud Infrastructure Operations Analyst:
• Management, Delivery of Software packages, security patches, automating tasks of windows, Linux Servers From
vCloud Management Console.
• Handling responsibilities of providing 24x7 infrastructure support in production environment Monitoring of
Hosts/Nodes, Network Devices for downtime, utilization, throughput, and response times using Solarwinds.

Network Links (WAN / LAN) for downtime, utilization, throughput, and response times.
 NOC Monitoring using Nagios Software, Solarwinds toolfor networkproblem identification & Coordinating with
Network
 In the eventof anetwork outage, need to follow setof procedures to facilitatequickresolution. They are incident
alert, tracking, identification, Isolation, notificationand Escalationfor internal and external (ISP’s orcustomers).
