•Develops and programs system routines and scripts to cater for specialized
functionalities and enhancements of the Workgroup systems.
•Manages and monitors systems resources. Analyzes and reports systems faults and
bugs, and follows up with their resolution by software vendors.
•Regularly monitors the usage and performance of the Workgroup systems to
determine future software and hardware needs of the company.
•Prepares and maintains relevant systems administration documentation. Ensures
documentation outlines all pertinent details regarding modifications, upgrades, user
request, authorizations etc. to enable review and tracking of
developments/modifications to software and hardware configurations. Application
Development Support .
•Executes all enterprise software change control procedures and implementation of
upgrades to the system and associated tasks. Carries out changes on development
system prior to migration to application system to ensure software changes and
upgrades operate efficiently without impacting on operation of real time application.
•Works closely with Application Development teams to develop new applications or
enhance existing ones.
•Defines and sets up on the Workgroup systems user accounts, permissions, and
passwords in accordance with MAC’s approved Security Policies and Standard Operating
Procedures.
•Hands on Experience on Hosting Services on Exchange2007 and 2010,Sharepoint ,
Hyper –V, Dynamic CRM and Virtual Desktop.
• Remote support with Logmein ,Dameware,Net Meeting,Live Meeting Tool to US
Based Customer.
• Support on Blackberry, Android issue.
• Support on Avaya phone issue by co-ordinating with Telecom Team.
• Creating and managing virtual machines.
• Performing various tasks such as VMDK Expansions, virtual CPU and RAM upgrade,
vSnapshot and clone creation and deletion, Capacity report, datastore creation on
LUN extents.

Analyzes and reports systems faults and bugs, and follows up with their resolution by software vendors. •Regularly monitors the usage and performance of the Workgroup systems to determine future software and hardware needs of the company.

Ensures documentation outlines all pertinent details regarding modifications, upgrades, user request, authorizations etc. to enable review and tracking of developments/modifications to software and hardware configurations. Application Development Support . •Executes all enterprise software change control procedures and implementation of upgrades to the system and associated tasks. Carries out changes on development system prior to migration to application system to ensure software changes and upgrades operate efficiently without impacting on operation of real time application. •Works closely with Application Development teams to develop new applications or enhance existing ones. •Defines and sets up on the Workgroup systems user accounts, permissions, and passwords in accordance with MAC’s approved Security Policies and Standard Operating Procedures. •Hands on Experience on Hosting Services on Exchange2007 and 2010,Sharepoint , Hyper –V, Dynamic CRM and Virtual Desktop. • Remote support with Logmein ,Dameware,Net Meeting,Live Meeting Tool to US Based Customer. • Support on Blackberry, Android issue. • Support on Avaya phone issue by co-ordinating with Telecom Team. • Creating and managing virtual machines. • Performing various tasks such as VMDK Expansions, virtual CPU and RAM upgrade, vSnapshot and clone creation and deletion, Capacity report, datastore creation on LUN extents.
