The blood supply of the thoracic limb originates from the axillary artery, which gives rise to the external thoracic, suprascapular, and subscapular arteries. The subscapular artery divides into four branches including the caudal circumflex humeral artery. The brachial artery further divides into the deep brachial, bicipital, collateral ulnar, transverse capital, and common interosseous arteries. The median artery then branches into the deep antebrachial, proximal radial, and medial palmer arteries which extend into the digits.
