• Vesicle = made up of glass stainless
steel and durable plastic.
• Sparger = introduce the air into
fermentor.
• Agitator = mix the contained in
homogenous form.
• Baffle = made up of stainless steel
and help to mix the culture.
• Probes = monitor the lecture probes
found in different location in vessel.
• Cooling Jacket = maintain the
constant temp. in the reaction.
• Ports = needed to acid the media it
is also act the water channel.
