This paper addresses the vulnerability of deep learning models, particularly convolutional neural networks
(CNN)s, to adversarial attacks and presents a proactive training technique designed to counter them. We
introduce a novel volumization algorithm, which transforms 2D images into 3D volumetric representations.
When combined with 3D convolution and deep curriculum learning optimization (CLO), itsignificantly improves
the immunity of models against localized universal attacks by up to 40%. We evaluate our proposed approach
using contemporary CNN architectures and the modified Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR-10
and CIFAR-100) and ImageNet Large Scale Visual Recognition Challenge (ILSVRC12) datasets, showcasing
accuracy improvements over previous techniques. The results indicate that the combination of the volumetric
input and curriculum learning holds significant promise for mitigating adversarial attacks without necessitating
adversary training.

Everyone uses the same facts, data and
drawings from the BIM model. Starting
with the designing up to the maintenance
of a building, BIM model sets the basic
framework for all project participants.
3. Let's focus on the aspects of BIM models that are highly
relevant to building projects.
3D BIM model: Information on the dimension, position,

railway lines, metro lines and is visible through the 3D
visualization of 360 ° perspectives. With this advantage,
the conditions of the environment, as well as all possible
challenges, can be determined at any time and output in
visualizations.

Information Modeling
Building Information Modeling is a process that covers all
building data from planning to construction, the
maintenance to demolition. The whole life of a building is
documented, expanded and updated with BIM. BIM model
is an effective way to successfully complete the
construction projects for residential, commercial,
institutional and industrial buildings.
As BIM becomes more advanced, 4D, 5D and even 6D
BIM will play an important role in the building process.
Besides, efforts are being made worldwide to reduce the
amount of construction waste caused by inefficiencies in
the supply chain, collisions and rework. This can be
